The bras were not my favorite. They had no give to them, and they felt uncomfortable in the shoulder despite holding the girls in place

Kerri was very helpful with helping me with a couple returns. she was a rockstar combing my multiple accounts and orders I unknowingly placed with multiple email addresses. Obviously all my own doing but she straightened it out and combined my loyalty rewards into one place! Thank you Kerri!

Been shopping at Bare Necessities for many years now, and it’s the only site I buy my every day lingerie from. The customer service is excellent, the sales are frequent, the selection is wonderful, and I greatly appreciate the diversity in their advertising and on their site. It’s much easier for people to imagine themselves in the products when the models look like them; if you look at their Instagram you’ll see they even feature women with grey hair and a little life experience in their feed. Keep it up, Bare Necessities!

I was a little upset when calling customer service today.
Kimberly was very helpful and kind and helped me work through my 2nd return and another shipping fee.She was able to eliminate the return shipping fee and processed an exchange for 2 more Bra s' to hopefully find my favorite one again.Thank You Kimberly for making me a much happier camper !

Carrie (?) THOROUGHLY helped me through my order. I called as my discount code wasn’t applying in the cart. She ordered with me on the phone, verifying each of the items product code, size and cost. She was kind, and super friendly, which enhanced the overall experience!

I had a fit consultation and they recommended a product they didn't have. So I ordered a similar product in a size larger because I don't like to feel suffocated. I had trouble keeping track of the order information email because they sent me so many sales emails after that. I did eventually find the order confirmation emails. The bras I received were way too small. The returns process was confusing and they had a policy where I had to order more stuff just to not pay a fee for returning the things that didn't fit. The return label was just something that appeared on their website and not in a printable format. To print it I had to screenshot it and print the screenshot. The post office couldn't scan that. They also say there's an undisclosed financial penalty for not returning the items fast enough.
They have good customer service. They said they would give me free return shipping. They didn't say whether they would waive the fee for returning the items. They also offered to mail me a shipping label since I am not able to print theirs. They offered that before I even told them I had that problem, which means other customers must have had that problem before me.
Dealing with the website is awful and the sizing and fitting are terrible and their return policies make me want to limit myself to Amazon for all future bra purchases online. But their customer service seems OK. Maybe I can at least not lose too much money or too much more time to this.

Your customer service people are always helpful and accommodating. Your fit experts are well informed about your products. And I love talking to a real person. Your wait times are usually very manageable as well.

I have never written a review, so let this be my first time to show that shopping from another continent doesn't have to be as scary as some of you might expect.
I'm really happy with my purchase because it arrived very quickly considering it came from North America to Europe in just 2 weeks.

Wow what an Aha Moment……I received Warner Hipsters that were not what I expected……I had the most Lovely Positve call with a Supervisor named Brandi that took a bad experience and made it a Great Experience…….I will always work with this Company and share the Love with Others….
