BeWARE of BeCause! Materials are sub-standard and 'free' returns refund only two-thirds the value of the item. BeCause is charging me $17 for a $54 sweatshirt return. A scam.

Sweat shirt is well made, t shirt is like a very light weight canvas. Love the prints. Both items are a bit larger than expected, but going to keep for layering. Only negative: shipping was delayed for a lame reason (16 days); it was handled by p.o. 3rd party shipper.

Positively awesome! Fabric, fit, design, workmanship is all worth the price! The price is higher than I would normally pay, but it is totally worth it! Highly and without reservation, I recommend!

This is about their customer service, which has been excellent despite a trip up on my order. They’ve been constantly responsive and helpful where they could help, and was really dedicated to a good customer experience, which in the end it was.

And their stuff suppports great causes. Bonus points.

I just placed an order. Total was $20.00, but by the time I HAD TO PURCHASE $3.48 return policy (! a new charge for me) and shipping (I should have bought more?..), my total was an extra $10.00😳. Never again with this company.
It’s horrible to feel this way before I even receive items. Now, I’ll watch the bees fade quickly…. seems to be an issue.

I have purchased a number of items from BeCause Tees, in a total of two orders. I do love many of their designs. However, I found their zip-up sweatshirts to be too thin. They describe the material as "robust yet feather-light". I would describe the material as "feather-light". Overcast daylight comes through the material. I don't know how many washings this item will endure and retain any quality. I would not make another clothing purchase due to a lack of confidence in the quality of the material.

Beautiful prints but the images completely fade to invisible after 2 months of normal washing.

I ordered BeCause Tees and what came was a hoodie made in China. There is nothing sustainable about this product. The quality was terrible and I am beyond disappointed.

I have ordered from Because Tees on several occasions and was impressed with the quality of their shirts. I recently ordered two Callie wave women’s hoodies and a T-shirt from the mystery bag option where the items were deeply discounted. I figured I like their product so much I would probably be happy with any design they decided to send me. Imagine my surprise and delight when I opened my mystery bag today and two of my items were octopus designs which is my very favorite and in the third was a tree print, which I also loved. I don’t know if it was the universe picking out the perfect design for me or an insightful employee at because tees took the time to look at my browsing history, but I am so happy With the selections!!

I was excited to gift one of their sweatshirts to my Mom for her birthday but the gift never arrived. I contacted their support team via Instagram and although they were responsive at first, I waited and waited for them to confirm resending the package but after no communication for two weeks, I contacted AMEX and cancelled the order. Very poor experience

I don't understand the negative reviews.. I discovered Because Tees a few months ago, have placed 3 orders, and couldn't be happier with my purchases. The quality of their shirts is outstanding – the fabric feels soft and durable, perfect for everyday wear. I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind their designs, which are not only beautiful but also meaningful.

Their return policy is straight-up and pretty on par with many companies. Whoever said they paid a stupid amount to return just needs to learn how to ship items more affordably—don't let the post office scam you. Also, look at the size chart or ask questions. Buying clothing online is tough. Don't assume every item has the same sizing.

Speaking of asking questions + sizing.... Their customer service is top-notch. I had questions about sizing, and they responded promptly with helpful advice. My packages all arrived quickly, everything fits perfectly and I've already received so many compliments on my new shirts.

I highly recommend Because Tees to anyone looking for high-quality apparel with amazing art that supports a great cause. It's a win all around!

Love the colors and art work. I have 2 and will be ordering more. Sorry folks are having trouble with returns. Be careful ordering. The quality is great. I love them. Hoping they add a tunic to go with leggings!

I think the designs are fun so I ordered a few t-shirts. I was disappointed in the material/quality, so I processed a return. Yikes! Not only did I lose $ on each item returned (roughly 10% of the cost for each t-shirt), but shipping it back in the same bag came to $15. So it cost me $25 to return 4 shirts. Won't make that mistake again. I understand that this is a family business, which appeals to me, but the cost of a return is prohibitive in my view.

The sweatshirt I received for Christmas is nicely thick and the fleece is soft but not too fluffy (doesn't feel like it will pill or wear off). The hood is double stitched so theres no chance of fuzzies against your hair. 3X fits my 22W frame generously with room to spare. Also the first shirt my MIL ordered went to the wrong house. She was alerted by USPS that a different house had it but she was unable to get the package from them. She reached out to the company and got an email in 2 hours, and a replacement FedExed to her home so I had the shirt on Christmas Day. Love the shirt and will order again!

I absolutely love this company! I will say they offer many types of hoodies, and they all have a description of the style, fit, size, and material used. That is the only reason I can find for the negative reviews here, as I've ordered multiple hoodies, tanks, and tees from this company and I've loved them all! I have gifted items as well and everyone has loved the fit and feel of their clothing. It's a small female owned business that takes great pride in their customers satisfaction. I don't know of many small businesses who do can offer free returns. I have had to return one item out of the dozen orders I've received so far. Yes I love them that much! And I thank Because for every order! The information on how many trees have been planted from my order, the team is so kind in the messaging process, and I'm always happy with the products I receive. I get compliments on every item I wear from Because and always let people know about this company, their mission, and they place their orders! I've never had anyone not happy with their order either. I am not an ambassador for the brand, it's just a great company doing great things for our environmental future with great success through awesome, comfortable, creative clothing etc. Highly recommended!

Not sure about the negative reviews for this company. I just placed my second order. The designs are awesome. Good quality tees and they wash up great. Just ordered some tumblers and the quality is great. I would give them a try.

Quality is just OK for the price; returns are not free (!) and designs run small/skinny. Fabric not as soft as the pictures look and has no stretch, so doesn't bounce back from being stretched. The real problem is I'm trying to submit a 3-star review of the product on their website and it won't let me.

The sizing for the hoodies runs small. The cost to ship and return are high. Not worth the premium pricing associated with the green washing, imho.

Tee shirts are horrible in terms of fit, made poorly and too long with baggy arms. Trying to return is a hassle, they make you pay a restocking fee for a tee shirt and expect you to pay shipping to CA. Never buy from them. Read their reviews.
