Product is great. Well priced and comfortable. Delivery is slow but ok.

We placed an order on 24th July and repeatedly asked for updates. We were told it was peak time and to expect a 30-day wait. We waited and the item still hadn’t been dispatched by 11th September. Frustrated, we requested a refund.

The service was polite once we received a reply but we had to send multiple emails and wait days for a response.

We wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased 2 single bed's and mattresses, very good quality and easy assembly. The mattresses are well worth buying, very comfortable.

The whole process was nice and easy. My order was processed quickly, delivery was prompt and the quality of the furniture was impressive. Great value for money and very happy with the purchase.

I am currently on week 9 (68 days) of waiting for this order. ( Order on 26th of June)
My mother- in - law ordered a brand new bed for partner and myself.
We have yet to receive a notification about the order being dispatched.
I now know , we are not the only ones having problems with this company and I am very disappointed.
To think this company has nothing but great reviews, shocks me.
I am seriously starting to think that they do not care about how their actions actually affect their customers.

0/10 would not recommend, definitely starting to believe when other customers have felt like this is a SCAM!

In saying that when looking at the website after ordering, their beds are constantly showing in stock.
Why is nothing ever sold out?
But yet takes multiples weeks to receive an order.

Something smells fishy with this company.

Do not bother. I placed my order back on the 28th of June and I have still not received my order, or a latest update. My order was suppose to be despatched latest the 31st of Aug, and there is STILL NOTHING. Everytime I emailed I received an automated repsonse, however I have now emailed quite dissapointed and now all responses have stopped. My son has been sleeping on the floor for months now. Their customer service is shocking and now they are deliberately ignoring me since I have expressed my dissapoint and demanding for an urgent update. Don't bother with this company, please put your money elsewhere.

I wanted to take the time to leave a proper review because, after reading some of the recent reviews, I was honestly a little unsure about ordering. Im also someone who doesnt like to be put off by a handful of bad reviews, because I think people are naturally much quicker to jump online and complain when something goes wrong than they are to take the time to talk about a genuinely good experience.

In my case, the experience I had with Bedzy was honestly above and beyond what I expected.

I reached out through Facebook with a few questions and the response was incredibly fast. Chloe was fantastic from the very beginning. She kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions and made sure I always knew what was happening. That level of communication made a huge difference and gave me a lot of confidence in my order.

What really stood out to me was how valued she made me feel as a customer. At one point I simply asked which of their Australian pillows she thought were the best. I wasnt expecting anything other than a recommendation, but Chloe went above and beyond and actually arranged for a new set of the pillows to be sent to me. Completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture.

Its those little things that make a massive difference. You can buy a bed or mattress from anywhere, but having someone on the other end who genuinely seems to care about getting things right is what really stands out.

Im really glad I didnt let a few negative reviews put me off. My experience has been completely different, and Ive been genuinely impressed with both the products and, especially, the customer service.

A massive thank you to Chloe for being so helpful, responsive and thoughtful throughout. Youve definitely made me feel like a valued customer, and thats something you dont always get these days. Id happily recommend Bedzy based on my experience and will definitely be coming back in the future.

I placed an order online on 16 July. It is 27 August and my order is nowhere to be seen. I receive the standard reply of it is being processed but nothing else. I am fed up waiting.

Very happy with my experience. The bed was even better than we thought it was going to be. Plush and well made. It was easy to assemble. The only thing that would have made it even better would be pilot holes for the castor wheels on the drawers.

Customer service was amazing when I had to contact them about slow dispatch time after having paid priority fee for it but I got an instant refund of this fee and a great response. I had purchased during a sale so dispatch was a bit busier which I understood.

Very happy with the quality of the bed frame and mattress, doesn’t feel cheap at all. I would buy from this company again.

Really happy with my Bedzy purchase. The Serenity Mattress is comfortable, supportive and feels like great quality for the price. Apart from the pillows arriving a few days before the mattress, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bedzy.

Very good service

Item was never shipped, when I emailed they said it would take 30 days. I waited a further 2 weeks and still no shipping information, I reached out again to no response several times, even threatening contacting the ACCC and the ombudsman. Disputed my order through my payment method. With still no response from Bedzy until after my refund had been granted. They stated that my emails went to their spam folder, even though I replied to their intial response email. This is a scam. They dont ship the items and dont response unless you dispute the charges through your payment method. Do not buy from them, they never follow through or respond.

The Queen ultra package is epic value for money and includes almost everything needed to kit out your entire bedroom.

Pros:

The L.E.D bed and matching L.E.D tables look unreal at night
The under bed storage is great for spare bedding and extra pillows
The mattress is VERY comfortable and supportive
The mattress topper adds an extra layer of softness
Excellent value compared with purchasing everything separately

Cons:

The tracking showed that the pillows had been delivered, but they never arrived. They may have been delivered to the wrong address or taken from my apartment building.
I contacted the team, and they arranged another set without any hassle. The replacement pillows arrived five days later.

Im extremely happy with the package. The set up looks fantastic, the mattress is comfy, and the team handled the missing delivery really well.

Not only was the bed I purchased for my daughter delivered quickly it was easy to assemble and she loves it. But I have to say the most amazing part of this whole experience would be the excellent customer service! I moved house and lost the instructions for the bed and sent an email asking if they could be sent to me. Not only did they reply fast but they were also friendly and very helpful! Excellent experience all round.

Be very careful when ordering with this company, communication is so difficult and the long response time makes any issue harder to resolve. Also most of their products are available on Amazon a lot cheaper

The communication is terrible.
When placing an order please be aware that you will not receive it in a timely manner. If you email them, allow 345 business days for a response!
I have sent numerous emails and a WhatsApp message requesting an update on my order. I have even requested to have “Fraser” contact me after reading responses to reviews from “Fraser” and still nothing.
My child is sleeping on the floor and had I known the customer service and processing of my order would be like this I would have never ordered from this company!
The one and only response I have had is that “There has been a high volume of orders”
Has the whole of Australia put in an order at the same time? Or is there just one person processing orders?
I would like either a response to my numerous emails with a clear update on my order and when it will be shipped, or a refund please.

I'm really happy with my Serenity Mattress from Bedzy. It arrives vacuum sealed and rolled into a small box, which made it much easier to carry through the house and into the bedroom than a full size mattress would have been.I would definitely recommend placing it in the room and on the bed before opening the packaging, as it begins expanding quickly once the seal is open. I also left mine for as long as possible to fully expand and settle before using it. They said 24 hours but mine was more than ready after 6.
It feels supportive, comfortable and excellent quality. The five-year warranty provides extra peace of mind, while the free delivery was a great bonus. I also really appreciated the free pillows included with my order, which was a lovely surprise.
Overall I'm very pleased with the mattress and the value for money. Great job!
