We are very concerned by your review and strongly reject the suggestion that Bedzy is a scam or a “dodgy enterprise.” We are a legitimate Australian-owned business, and we stand behind every order and delivery arranged through our store.

At present, your review does not contain enough information for us to identify your daughter’s order or investigate what occurred. Could you please provide her name, order number, delivery postcode, or any other relevant details? Once we can verify the order, I will personally review the tracking history and work to put things right.

Tracking updates are automatically sent through our system. We also recommend on the order confirmation page that customers add our support email address to their safe-senders list, as automated dispatch notifications can occasionally be filtered into junk or spam folders.

Although deliveries are completed by third-party courier networks, Bedzy remains responsible for supporting our customers throughout the delivery process. If a courier incorrectly recorded that nobody was home or failed to make contact, we absolutely want the opportunity to investigate this. However, we cannot locate the shipment or assist meaningfully without some identifying information.

We respectfully ask that you provide the requested details so we can verify the experience described. We also ask that you reconsider and retract the suggestion that we are scammers, as this is a serious and unsupported allegation.

Please contact our support team with the order information and ask for your case to be escalated directly to me.

You are completely right. This delay is totally unacceptable, and I’m truly sorry, especially after your previous positive experience with us.

Unfortunately, your first-choice bed did not pass our final quality checks and is no longer available. I have personally reached out to offer you any alternative bed up to the value of $300, or a full refund if you would prefer.

We take our pre-dispatch quality checks seriously, but I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this has been. I’m here to help and will support whichever option you decide is best.

I’m glad to see your order has now been delivered, but I’m genuinely sorry it took so long, particularly during our busiest period. Deliveries to some regional areas can take longer, but we understand this wait was not acceptable and it is something we are actively working to improve.

I’m also sorry you felt unable to contact us. Along with WhatsApp, our team is available by email, live chat, Facebook and Instagram, although I appreciate that this did not make your experience any less frustrating.

The complimentary pillow included with your order was an optional gift valued at $39, but it certainly is not a meaningful resolution after such a lengthy delay. I have reached out to you personally to try to make things right and am still waiting to hear back.
