Jason was brilliant. I was travelling through the area when I had a front tyre blowout.

Despite not having my tyre in stock, Jason drove from Bradford to Leeds to pick one up and then drive to me near Emily Moor.

Very friendly and efficient service. The tyre price was also much cheaper than I normally pay in Oxford.

From making the call, I was back on the road in an hour.

I initially had a great experience with this business when they changed the tyre on my Volvo. The service was smooth, professional, and I even recommended them to my family and friends. However, my opinion changed after a disappointing follow-up.

Two weeks later, during an MOT check, I discovered a tyre nut was missing. I called them, and they assured me they would resolve it. When I arrived, I explained the issue to a young staff member. Instead of addressing the issue right away, he made me wait for 40 minutes, only to then tell me they didn’t have any spare nuts and advised me to buy one from another shop. This was extremely frustrating, as he could have told me this upfront instead of wasting my time. There also wasn’t any other staff or the person who originally worked on my car to properly handle the situation.

I found this experience unprofessional and disappointing, especially after trusting their service and recommending them to others. Being treated this way felt humiliating, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending them again.

Fantastic service on a Saturday evening. Took an hour to source a tyre, come out to us and then change the tyre.

Called them just after 8.00 a.m. today after discovering a flat tyre. They were with me at 8.20, changed tyre and away by 8.40. I took my tyre in later this morning and it was repaired and changed this afternoon. Service has been excellent and I will certainly carry on using them.

Quick, efficient and polite service from Luke today when he came out to replace my tyre.
Cannot thank him enough for saving my skin so I could attend an appointment.

Called Luke late in evening after a split tyre on motorway and being low loaded home. He gave competitive quote immediately and tyre was replaced by 10.30am following day. Great speedy service and good price. Thanks
