We bought a flat from Matt in Manchester prior to meeting him face to face. Besides us meeting and agreeing to the purchase on-line, Matt was always very efficient and great to deal with. When I finally got to Manchester to view the property, Matt took an entire Sunday morning to show me the city and other development options. Shortly before closing we hit a snag related to Solicitors not completing their work on time, again Matt intervened and spoke to all concerned to remove the blockages. A letting agent who are proactive and easy to deal with. I moved 2 tenanted properties to Benoit in June. Emily ensured a seemless transition and took care of pretty much all comms with the previous agent. She was professional and efficient. All the documents could be signed online which was really convenient. I couldnt recommend more highly.

I, alongside my father first heard of Benoit Properties and we were really impressed in how much they value their clients. We bought our first UK property for buy-to-let purposes in Liverpool through Benoit and within about 3 months, managed to secure a corporate let agreement for the next 3 years! We were really pleased that we asked Matt to look for a property for personal use in Edinburgh even though Benoit doesn't officially have any properties in Edinburgh. Matt took on the challenge and scheduled 12 viewings on one day alongside myself! We eventually got a gorgeous Georgian flat at the heart of New Town for a really good price.

I switched to Benoit after dealing with a much bigger agency that's been established a long time. They barely bothered to reply to my emails. I was just a small fish in their huge client pond and they weren't bothered. My property was left untenanted for over 3 months. I switched to Benoit and dealt with the very able and ever helpful Emily, and hey presto! My property was let within a week. She did the same with a second property of mine. What I particularly appreciate is that I get very prompt responses to my queries and email and input and advice on all sorts of property matters, above and beyond the scope of my defined contract. I'd highly recommend Benoit over others in the market any day. They actually value their clients!

Dealing with Benoit Properties and specifically with Emily Garner has been an absolute pleasure. In a nutshell she is a godsend. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market and incredible customer service is a rarity in the Manchester market. She found me a tenant after only two weeks. It was probably one of the smoothest experiences that I have encountered in my 10 year career as a private landlord.
