Bensons For Beds - Aylesbury Bewertungen

Staff were friendly and not pushy like other Bed companies. They asked if we needed help and once we said we were just looking they left us to carry on. Once we made our decision they were extremely helpful and went through all the options and did not badger us into extras that we didn't need. Great service from a great team.

Excellent sales guy, really helpful and knowledgeable,

Buying a new bed is a big decision and something that I did a lot of research into. When I arrived at Bensons for Beds in Aylesbury I was met by and extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Salesman. He took time to understand what I was looking for and explored lots of different options on bed frames and mattresses. The process was so straightforward and stress-free it made buying my new bed a real pleasure. I finally decided on the Alexis Ottoman Bedframe with a Air 3.0 Memory Firm Mattress. Delivery was within 3 weeks and the guys that delivered my bed and mattress was respectful of my property and took the bed and mattress to the room required. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Bensons for Beds should I ever need to purchase another bed. My new bed is so comfortable and I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead now.

Display beautifully laid out. The salesman was very knowledgeable and soon showed us exactly what we wanted discussing all the advantages and the price. Ordering was very quick and efficient leading us through everything. Delivery date excellent The salesman is a credit to the company.

Very happy with my purchase, the sales person was very helpful and not at all pushy. Have recommended to friends.

The lovely lady Vaz showed us the numerous mattresses with a wealth of knowledge and letting us try out as many beds as we liked without being pushy I would definitely recommend Bensons at Aylesbury to any of my friends

An efficient and knowledgeable person who I dealt with which is rare these days and would deal with them again

We had great service looking for our new wardrobe. Luke (Aylesbury Branch), was very accommodating and answered all our questions on the product. Although the range wasn't large as Bensons are more concentrated on beds and mattresses, it made it more simpler to choose. I would definitely use them again A+

Visited Bensons for Beds in Aylesbury today and was extremely impressed with the service received. We unfortunately had to return our new mattresses under the 5 night comfort policy. Store Manager Luke and assistant Ashley went out of their way to make sure our new purchase was fit for purpose. They took time and attention to our personal needs to make sure we had the right mattress. I have no problem with recommending this branch very highly. Thank you Bensons for Beds.

Really friendly staff and not overly pushy trying to sell ancillary products. Quick and easy process and clearly explained. Good selection of delivery dates as well.

Excellent service and advice from the team in the Aylesbury branch, never felt pressurised for the sale and they were always on hand to answer questions when required. Would highly recommend this branch
