The guy in the Chester store Paul he was great really friendly not pushy.. I wanted certain matress at a certain price and he showed me what they had in that range I come away happy knowing I had exactly what I wanted

I went into Bensons on Sealand Park Chester to buy a new mattress. I found Dave to be very helpful and knowledgeable .He was attentive without being pushy and left me to try the two different mattress I was torn between in peace advising me to lie in the position I usually sleep in. . The delivery went smoothly and arrived within the two hour slot I was allocated. I am very pleased with the mattress which is very comfortable.

What we were told we were purchasing was not what was ultimately delivered. When choosing the bed, we explained that we did not need a headboard because we already had one that would be suitable. However, Tim, the salesperson, told us that the bed was being sold as a complete set, including the headboard, as they needed to make room for new stock. Based on this information, we agreed to the purchase.

When the bed was delivered, there was no headboard included. After contacting Tim, he denied ever saying that a headboard was part of the sale. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

My advice to anyone considering buying from this store is to take photographs of the exact bed you choose and ensure that any promises or details discussed are confirmed in writing. In our experience, what was promised during the sale was later denied when the issue was raised after delivery.

No pressure sales,friendly helpful staff,answered questions and gave information actually left store to look at other beds and came back,store assistant agreed that we needed to find what was right for us,all round pleasant experience

From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed and guided carefully through the options available for us. The member of staff who helped us was knowledgeable, explained the various types of mattresses etc available & was very attentive. It was a positive experience for my mother, who appreciated Barry’s patience & understanding and the full explanations he provided. Thanks

Stephen, a member of staff at the Chester branch, was very helpful in my mattress purchase decision. I appreciated not being hard sold or pressured into any decision. The mattress won't arrive for six weeks, so a full review can't be given yet.

A good experience. Given space to look around but support there as and when needed. Friendly respectful sale, without pressure.

Shop assistant very helpful. Delivery swify but 1 item incorrectly sent . Error quickly addressed. Correct item received. Bed not yet assembled.

Phoned me to let me know that thay was on there way. Put the bed frame up with in 20 minutes. Did a great job.

Very annoyed not to be told our delivery would be delayed We were told 7-30 to 0900 first visit !! Arrived at 11-00 delaying our plans for the day

Stephen introduced himself and then allowed us to look in peace and then occasionally checked in with us without being over bearing. He explained the offers really well and that made us feel at ease and not pressured.

Overall, the experience was very satisfactory and professional. The Sales Assistant was very helpful and showed us a number of beds and mattresses that were the kind of thing we were looking for. We thought the mattress protector that was suggested was a little over priced. The lady did provide a written quotation, which was very helpful - and in contrast to Dreams, who did not. Ultimately, after visiting 4 retailers we did choose to go elsewhere, but that was not because of any issues with the service or products we saw at Bensons for Beds.

Great service from the moment we walked in to the Chester store especially Dave the manager . Completely kept in the loop regarding how the order was progressing. Delivery was also excellent with the driver ring me a few days in advance to give me my time slot , then again on the day of delivery.whch was delivered bang on tine . Great company .
