The staff were very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy. They listened to all my needs due to health conditions, and guided me to beds, mattresses etc that would be suitable. They answered all my questions and explained things in a way that was simple to understand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the perfect bed for them.

Me and my partner came into the Falkirk showroom on Sunday with the intention of just looking at new beds. Steven approached us and asked what we were looking for and after explaining everything he helped us find the perfect bedframe for us. After that we were shown mattresses that were on sale and ended up finding one that was perfect for us. New bed and mattress for our new flat. Steven was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the service we got.

Avoid at all costs.
My mattress that I paid over £800 for has collapsed in several places after only 2 years.
I attempted to claim on the guarantee but Bensons said that becasue the slats on my bed were more than 7cm apart that I had to accept a trashed mattress.
Awful company who will try their best to weedle out of their worthless guarantee however they can. Order number:A6903476

Bed was delivered at the time stated. Two very efficient and courteous men removed old bed, assembled new bed and removed all packaging. They made the whole experience completely stress free. Great service.
