Popped into Bensons for Beds Gateshead…
Popped into Bensons for Beds Gateshead yesterday for a look at Simba mattresses which we had seen online! From the moment we entered the store (before they officially opened) we were greeted by Louise who was busy setting the shop up for official opening time, she was absolutely lovely, supported us and advised us of our options and then left us to discuss our options etc. We hadn’t intended to buy a mattress that day as we were looking nearby for dining room chairs so we left the store to look at chairs! After that, entirely due to how lovely Louise was we decided to pop back into Bensons with a view to purchasing a Simba mattress. Again, we were greeted by Louise who further advised us, she completed the relevant paperwork for our purchase, she was absolutely fantastic and I can’t praise her enough! She must have been cherry picked for her job, she’s an absolute credit to Bensons for Bed! Please give Louise a massive pat on the back for her over and above attitude, thank you, Adele & Phil

I brought my elderly mother into the team valley store, she needed a new mattress. Martin helped her. He was very helpful and patient as she has mobility issues. He explained everything to her and gave helpful advice. She decided on a mattress and also a new igel pillow. Great helpful service

Great service from Gateshead retail…
Great service from Gateshead retail park - staff helpful and available to offer good advice without being pushy. From the minute we placed order we received regular updates about delivery and promises made about how and when delivery would happen were kept. Delivery team were excellent - very respectful of property and very careful to avoid causing damage when delivering was was a very heavy and bulky item. Thanks to all involved- customer service as it should be. Definitely recommend.
