Great service from start to finish. We love our new bed!

Brilliant company. the delivery guys where very good. The young man who put my bed together was very professional and courteous. Will definitely be usisng tham again.

When we bought the bed everything was explained about the progress and delivery of the item. The delivery men were friendly, polite, chatty and helpful putting the bed and mattress in the correct room. Putting it together was easy by following the instructions. The only difficult bit was trying to get all of the components out of the blister pack!

Delivery and old matress removal not as described but charged £60 and £49 for the "service". Old matress was not wrapped for removal just thrown in the back of the van. All protective material not removed fro new matress. We are both elderly and infirm so not happy.

From start to finish a great experience. Tom in the Hull branch listened carefully to what we wanted gave us great unhurried advice. We did not feel pressured and came away feeling valued. We came away confident in the choice of bed and mattress we chose, and would have no hesitation in recommending Bensons to any of our family or friends. Thanks Tom for all of your help.

From the moment I entered the store to completing my order, the staff, especially Tom and Zain, were very patient helpful. Their knowledge of the goods they have and the options available to me helped a great deal. I had two visits to the store, Tom provided quotes and payment options and follow up calls as promised with no pressure at all. We visited the Hull St Andrews Quay store and were helped by Natalie to choose our new bed. We didn’t go in to actually purchase a new bed on that day but Natalie was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us choose a new bed we ended up buying one there and then. Excellent customer service so far.

Assistance in the shop was spot on. Not too much, but there with all the information and help when it was needed.

Great service. No intimidating sales staff, ALL staff members the day we went in were ALL really nice people. No forced sales and very knowledgeable on what they had to offer. We felt we were supported well with our purchase and were served by Letty. Such a lovely pleasant person with a lot of people skills which helps you feel valued as a customer and she was devoted to helping us get a comfortable, good nights sleep. Delivery coming soon.

Excellent delivery service from Reece & Colin. On time. Quick and proficient assembly of bed. Tutorial on how to take it apart. Tidied all packaging away plus an old mattress.
