Ordered a bed
Ordered a bed, headboard and mattress from the Kettering store. Jai spent time with us choosing the right mattress, he was knowledgeable and very friendly helping us to choose the right bed and mattress to suit us. We were kept informed of how the process was going and given a delivery date and slot. Stevie called half an hour before his arrival and arrived dead on time. When the item was delivered Stevie and his colleague were really efficient, friendly and informative on how to look after our bed and get the best out of it. They did notice marks on the bed base and headboard so reported this back. I also went into the store and Jai was so helpful and apologetic. By the time I got home I had a new delivery slot for thr replacement items. So lovely to deal with really genuine and helpful people and also a company that wants to look after it's customers 😀

Kettering showroom was well stocked clean and bright. The staff were brilliant at helping me find what I needed and gave me time to think about it and come back when I was sure. Such a lovely sales team . Would recommend them
