My Wife was ill at the time and mattress needed replacement [over 30 years old]. Nurses insisted on 9in, and its comfortable. My Wife never made it to return to our home & I find impossible to lift on my own so only getting one side use. Shame just too heavy, cost a lot of money which in the circumstances feel I have wasted scarce funding. RBH errors killed my Wife, she died unexpected in April. May begin to look for a less heavy mattress.

The woman we dealt with in Reading store didn't listen and was not very good, however customer services and the Reading Store manager was really helpful and after several months we now have a mattress that is perfect. The fact they but its right is great although it shouldn't have happened in the first place

Very welcoming. Rita was patient. She ensured I had the opportunity to lay on the beds some multiple times as I narrowed down my search for comfort! I took the feeling away and came back a week after with mental clarity. Laid down on the bed I fell for the previous week and tried same make but different firmness but I made my decision there! lovely time in store with someone patiently assisting us for around an hour. all items ordered arrived in perfect condition. pillows were very well presented. delivery drivers were lovely and took the mattress upstairs to the room and removed all packaging and took with them. lovely easy friendly service. we'll be back!

Great experience, if it was not for the staff Angi we wouldn’t have bought the beds . She explained and showed us all the beds that we were looking for . Put extra effort to let us take our time to decide and place order. No pressure at all .
