Though we decided to buy online we first visited the shop in Stafford and had great help and advice from Vicky. This allowed us to be confident that we had chosen the right mattress from the right company.
Thank you Vicky.
The process of ordering on line went smoothly and we are looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress.

The delivery time was four weeks for a single mattress. When I went to purchase it, it said delivery would be within a week a bit disappointed if I’m honest, but overall a good buying experience bar the long delivery time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this lovely review, I am glad we were able to provide a great service during your time within our store. A lot of our goods are made to order and not kept in stock within our distribution centre's hence the reason for the long wait time for your order. We really hope that you enjoy your product once it arrives with you- Team Bensons

So far so good
So far so good. The sales rep, Linda, Was very helpful in picking the right furniture for our son's room. Order has been placed & we've had confirmation that it is being built. So now we just have to wait. The fact they offer a free assembly service was a big win for me as I suffer with a bad back. Fingers crossed it arrives on time & is as good quality as the show room model.
