Fantastic service
Visited here to purchase a new bed and the service was very good. Marc used a bed with a computer to target pressure points and it showed the type of mattress needed. He then showed us a variety of mattresses and beds then left us to choose. He gave us a fabric book and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this shop.
We purchased wardrobes from here so we returned due to the great customer service.

New mattress
The colleuge in branch (roker) was very helpful in helping my partner and I choose a mattress (sorry I can't recall her name) that matches our different needs. I was kept updated regularly on when it was due to be delivered. I was given a 2 hour window and it came on time. The two Andy's delivering mattress were polite and professional. Taking away my old mattress ( additional cost) and the rubbish from the new mattress. They put it on the bed frame ready for me.

In store I explained what I was looking for and was shown a range that fitted my needs.
The day before I was contacted by the delivery team to let me know possible delivery times.
On the day they rang again to give a more precise time. Both lads Andy Mac and Andy P were first class.

Everything about this store was perfect. Jo was so knowledgeable and patient with us, her product knowledge was outstanding. We did not have the first idea on what we needed but Jo took us round the whole store. We loved the mattress that much we decided there and then to buy a whole new base and headboard too. The experience was so much better than ordering online. There was no pressure to buy, the whole experience was friendly and comfortable. Thanks Bensons! We are eagerly awaiting its delivery for which are kept right up to date with.
