I ordered my dress two and a half weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it. i’ve contacted them multiple times and they gave me a code for 15% off of earrings and haven’t responded to us since. mind you i ordered for express shipping which upped the cost. this is insane and definitely don’t order if your in need of a dress on a set date.

I would rate 0 stars if possible. We returned a dress within the time frame, followed all the rules, had constant contact with customer service. Up until the dress arrived at the return facility. I have all documentation and they now refuse to respond. They have had possession of the returned product for 2 months. This is now theft. I have disputed the charge on my credit card. This seems to be the only way to try and get our money back. Never order from this company.

False Refund Policy
I ordered a dress from this site in early December. When I received it, it was nothing like the photo on the site. There were no pearls on the bodice, and there were ink marks all along the slit. I submitted a request for a refund and was asked to submit photos of the dress. I did this and their reply was that my concerns were not valid and they would offer me a $10 refund, or a $20 coupon. The site says they will issue a refund if you are not happy with your purchase, but this is not the case!

I never received my dresses sent multiple emails and even paid for insurance on the dress. They stopped responding to emails, they sent vague information to my bank which won’t challenge the dispute. Can’t even get you a address it was delivered. Tracking information was a scam. Can’t even say where they left my package or even the weight of it. This company is a HUGE SCAM!!!

SCAM! They made me return my dresses, but then never refunded me.
giving 2 stars because the company is actually real, and I did receive 2 dresses in the mail. However, they have now ignored me for over 2 weeks after we discussed getting a refund. One of the dresses I received was wrong- completely not the right dress that I ordered, so they agreed I could receive a refund.
Ordered 2 dresses on 8/1 and paid for expedited 3-5 shipping. Immediately emailed them and they responded kindly. I asked for an update, but they said my dresses were still processing. We spoke back and forth a few times but all they could say was that it's still processing- fine. note: there is a 10-12 day processing time before shipping. My dresses shipped on 8/12, and I actually received them on 8/15 in time for my event- good. One dress was completely the wrong dress. The other was ok, but I didn't like it. I wrote them and they responded with some options to keep the wrong dress, get 50% refund etc, but I wanted a full refund of the dress and expedited shipping since I received the wrong dress. They said they were sending my refund request to another department. For the other dress I didn't like, they offered some options to keep etc, but I wanted a refund. They sent me a Texas address to ship to and instructions on how to take a picture of the tracking info. I did this, and got back to them with the info. After 8/26, they stopped writing me back. I have followed up about 5-6 times with no response. So now, they have received 1 of my dresses back, have not provided refund, and have not provided refund on the wrong dress. So they have a dress back and my money. I have now involved my bank to help.
So I wouldn't say this place is a scam... the dresses are real, but if you need any support they ignore you when it's time for a refund.

CAVEAT EMPTOR: I can only reiterate the warnings others have posted about choosing to do business with Berlinnova. This company seems to use bait and switch tactics; Only informing you of long processing times after it’s too late to cancel your order.
I ordered a home coming dress for my daughter on September 5, 2024 and paid for expedited shipping (3-5 Business Days). After not receiving the dress or any correspondence on the 10th I reached out for an update about my purchase. I was informed my order was still being processed and the approximated arrival date would be September 23rd. I shared with them that would be after the dance and to cancel the order. The reply I received stated my cancellation request was received more than 120 hours after payment and I was only eligible for a refund of the shipping fee. They are now refusing to credit the $24.99 expedited shipping fee, completely ignoring they said it would be refunded. Again buyers beware of doing business with Berlinnova!

This company is awful!! The dress I ordered came in late. It was the wrong color and so cheaply made!! It looked nothing like the dress on the website. I contacted customer service and they just wanted to give me a discount to keep the dress. The site says free returns including return shipping and they are refusing to do that because they say the dress isn’t defective!!! ITS NOT EVEN THE DRESS I ORDERED. Don’t ever use this company. Trust these other reviews that say not to buy from them. I wish I checked before I purchased…BUT I will say I did have effective communication with them via email. The dress we received looked mainly like the picture, but it didn’t fit at all. They will not accept a return. They will offer you a 10% refund first, and to keep said item. Then when you offer to pay for shipping, they will give you a higher percent refund to keep the item, or 100% coupon code, if you pay to ship the item back, then they deem it in suitable condition. A second note, is the website says the order will ship in 48 hours on a lot of their dresses. This is misleading, according to my email responses, the size we chose was not included in 48 hour shipping, and that they take 7 days to process orders, and an additional 10 days to prepare for shipping, THEN the travel time. The inability to return would keep me from buying again. Communication with order resolution was good though.
