I must admit I was a little nervous about what the final product would look like. But I am very impressed with the final product.

I am so pleased with the product quality as well as the customer service because I needed to change something on my file and they didn’t just leave me hanging. They contacted me so that I could get it fixed and then I just got my sign today so that didn’t take very long at all. If you’re looking for a great quality, good price and wonderful customer service reach out and order a sign.

I spent hours upon hours designing my projects. Then the designer decided to change the size from 5x5 FEET to 22 INCHES, then he recommended different products and just put them into my shopping cart. It was such a mess that I had to cancel the entire order and start over. I paid for expedited shipping. They kept telling me I would get it on the day that I paid for. The day that I paid for arrived and I received an email at 9am telling me that I would receive the order 3(!) days later.
Best of Signs has the worst customer service, does not stick to their timelines and they list Georgia as their business site but they are actually located in India and screw with you any way they like. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a photo backdrop and selected no design approval needed and checked the button saying i assume the risk if the design doesn't come out perfect. And then paid for rush delivery, where it said it would arrive 4/3. on 4/1 i logged in to their website becasue there had been no communication and no emails with shipping confirmation. And come to find out, they had blocked the order for a design approval which once hit, meant it wasn't going to be made and delivered on time. So we put in a cancel request. Instead of cancelling the order and refunding the cost, they went ahead and made the order real quick and then called and said they already made it and the best they could do is refund $7 for shipping and it arrives 4 days after we needed it or i could get $20 back for the almost $60 order for them to not deliver it and they keep the $40. Avoid this place and go with another place that actually has integrity and does the right thing.

I asked for help making sure the image wasn’t blurry. After a 2nd edit, I was told it was fixed. I couldn’t tell by the way the proof looked but took their word. The product arrived and it’s blurry. Nothing I can do about it now

What an absolutely dreadful experience in dealing with this company. You have a very finite amount of companies that produce signage like this, so it’s unfortunate that we’re basically forced to have to deal with such an inept company that doesn’t care about its customers. I ordered signs in the form of letters for my business, and I made sure to include a template in the order. When the box arrived, it was ripped up and beat horribly. Two of the letters were scratched, and there was absolutely no template included.

I reached out to your customer service department by phone and that did not work at all. I sent an email and eventually got an email back with some gibberish talking in circles asking me questions that I don’t understand and don’t pertain to what I’m referencing in the fact that I did not receive the template. At this point, I feel like I am being ripped off and misled all due to the fact that you guys just for some reason, don’t want to send me a template. So now I have letters that I have paid for that are sitting taking up room in my business because I ordered them from the wrong company that flat out does not care about the human race.

If I don’t receive a phone call to straighten this out by the end of the day, I will be escalating it further in contacting my credit card company to notify them of the fraud and manipulation.

Update: this company was quick to reply to my original review and say they will make right their error. I have yet to hear from them.

Well, I ordered a car magnet that does not stick. I thought the colors were considerably dull compared to the file that I sent them and it also came with a white border around my logo that was not on the original artwork.
How do you sell a magnet that does not stick?

Worst place ever, they never do mistakes and offer you discount for his errors.

My poster is beautiful. I would definitely order again from this company. It was quick . There even was a problem with shipping address and it was fixed quickly. Good job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I did not get my sign. after weeks of back and forth with agents who do not speak English they never made my sign. When I called about it for the 2nd time, I learned the signs are cut in INDIA and can't be overnighted, even when ALL OF THE MISTAKES ARE ON THEIR END.. THIS COMPANY SUCKS, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED IN LESS THAN A MONTH. THEY ARE USLESS.

My items arrived so fast! The banner is such high quality! The poster and foam board I ordered was packed so neat. No bends or creases! I’ve ordered over 20+ products! Love all of them! So so glad I found this company.
