I am unbelievably happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Best To Have. Don't believe the negative comments as I don't think they are relevant to the company I have used. The design is beautiful — the combination of deep blue stones with the sparkling detail in the centre makes it look elegant and far more expensive than it is.
The fit is comfortable, it feels sturdy, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast and the price was fantastic for what you get.
It was also packaged in a lovely box.
I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend!
The rings we ordered arrived quickly via Royal Mail. The rings are absolutely stunning and we love them.
We brought a set of rings for our wedding after wearing for a week the couple of the stones had come out we message them and send because I had brought them 6 months before wearing them I wasn’t covered 6 months of wearing them more stones have come out and now the big stone has come out if you’re looking for these as wedding ring do not bother they are cheap for a reason I’m now without a engagement ring and having to buy another one

Most of the negative reviews here are about wrong website. Best2have.in seems like a fake company as opposed to besttohave.uk both are different companies.
People posting negative review are misinterpreting besttohave to be best2have(an indian scam company that sells cheap products with fake promotional videos).
Hope you lot take down negative reviews in besttohave a geniune company doing good work .
Its not aa genuine company as they showed me in offer buy one get one free but I received only one product . When try to reach out to them there is no contact details where we can reach out to them . Very poor quality of product and also dont deliver the product as they promise because we are not finding any contact details for any kind of support on complaint of product. It seems they have opened this company to looting people and run AWAY. gUYS DONT BELIEVE ON THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE LOOTED ME .

Their refund/exchange process was great and the telephone representatives were a delight to speak to (so refreshing in the days on "chats"!) Thank you BestToHave 😊

I recently purchased a ring from Best to Have. While it arrived a bit too big, I reached out to their customer service and was impressed by how quickly they handled the exchange — I had the correct size within a week! The whole process was smooth, and the customer service was fantastic. The ring itself is beautiful and great quality. Highly recommend!
Ordered a ring for my partner’s birthday and they only informed me the ring was out of stock AFTER I had paid. Not only did this mean the ring would not come on time but I emailed them to cancel my order and they never replied. Poor customer service - I’m surprised the website isn’t a scam
We ordered his and hers rings for our wedding, the staff were super helpful and responsive through email when I ordered the wrong size. Once I had my finger measured properly and informed them of the correct size they sent our new rings out straight away with just proof of postage that I was sending the originals back. The were so helpful and super fast and managed to get our rings to us just 2 days shy of our wedding. So grateful to them, thank you so much!
Ordered a set of his and hers rings, measured our fingers exactly and we both wear numerous other rings in our sizes, the ones we ordered were both too small yet being in our size. While this could, and should, be resolved with an exchange or a refund as promised on their website, they have been completely avoiding my emails, 3 sent now, and are not helping me at all with getting the refund I am entitled to. I will now be going through my bank to make a claim and flag this business for their unacceptable behavior.
Overall:
- Rings seem to be poor quality (possibly dropshipped)
- Ring sizing is too small
- No response to emails regarding order
- AVIOD!!!
I recommended them for my Tungsten wedding rings. And they're fine when things go well. However, my husband's original wedding ring was too tight. Seeing as the label got removed in the trying on process we just kept the ring.
Nearly a year after our wedding, I ordered the same ring again in the correct size. However it was the wrong thickness, it was to be 8mm instead of 6mm. So I reordered the 8mm and sent the 6mm back. I sent it via Evri tracked. I sent it back before the 30 days. As per this company's policy, you have to wait 2 weeks for them to refund. Well 2 weeks passed and there was no refund. I emailed and there was no answer.
I had to fight with PayPal to get my money back, something that even PayPal refused my appeal on because it was longer than 14 days and I had to call up after appealing to get my money back.
Best To Have are fine when things go well but getting your money back is a different matter. So if you're gonna order from them, order on a credit card and be covered by Section 75 because their customer service is a joke.
My Tungsten wedding ring is still doing fine a year later and I haven't had a problem. It's just their customer service which lets them down

Wouldn’t recommend this company. I ordered his and hers rings, both sizes were completely wrong, the men’s was 1 size too small and the woman’s was 2 sizes too small. I emailed the company twice and didn’t hear back until a few days after the second email. To return, the customer has to pay which is absolutely ridiculous. All in all, customer service was terrible and the sizing is completely off. If you do choose to use them, make sure to size up.
