We were in Branson on the 2023 Fourth of July weekend , traveled out of state to MO. We ended up with an almost flat tire from a nail and drove to the nearest tire place which was Big O Tires in Branson, MO. We limped into Big O tires 10 or 15 min before they closed , my husband asked if they could please plug our tire so we could get back on the road ; the way they treated us was shocking. A man behind the counter suddenly got very angry when my husband asked if they could plug our tie and said " I'm not fixing your stupid tire , it's 10 minutes before we close" - he said this in a hateful, mean way . My husband was a bit shocked but asked if they would at least sell us a plug kit, he then responded and said " No! get outta here, we close in ten minutes! " . With the 2nd hateful response my husband turned and walked out. We went to Walmart four miles away, bought a plug kit and supplies and fixed it ourselves. There was no need to be this hateful to a stranded traveler , and, fixing tires is what they do it would have taken them 10 or 15 minutes to help us. Big O tires in Branson MO are jerks !!

Yes experience was great on Mason..all people were very helpful and personal. Great job with all employees. I will come back for all new tires. Thank you Mason street Big O

I enjoy the healthy car special but getting told everything afterwards doesn't happen. I just look at the invoice. I looked under the hood he forgot to put the oil cap back ond take my light off my dash and rotated my tires wrong it was bumpy till I went to Discount tire

I went to the BIG O TIRE about 15 minutes from my place. From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable. From the fellow at reception, to the Service Manager ( Will ), I just knew that I found my go to place for not just tires, but overall vehicle service.

I want to give a two thumbs up to big o tires on west northern in Phoenix, AZ. Zack is the crew member that helped me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, WELL VERSED ON THE BUSINESS THERE. KIND,AND WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. HONEY, this is where you go for your tire needs, oil changes, etc. Thank you all for such awesomeness.

Tammy in Colorado Springs is a blatant racist and I will not tolerate her disrespect ever again had my sons car towed and didn’t even call him first there are cars in that parking lot literally for years my sons car was there literally less then 24 not blocking anything and charge him 305 for the tow this racist manager is disgusting and should be fired

Been customers of Big O for many, many years. No problem with tires ..always pleased. However we started using Big O for oil change, filters and rotation. We went into the location on Gibson and 215..wanted oil change, filter, etc. They put the oil plug in so badly with an impact wrench that it was fused onto the oil pan. Tires were marked before taking in and they were never rotated. It took hours to retap and repair the threads on the pan. We will never go to this location ever again.

I made an appointment to get two front tires replaced, since I was driving a hour each way I always make an appointment with the service I am using. When I arrived at the site in Rancho Cucamonga CA they had not bothered to see if tires were in stock, the real issue is they blew it off, no effort to resolve the issue

My wife had brought the wrong credit card at check out and it was not allowed to go through. We had to go back home and get the correct card. When we returned and did the transaction, Robert made a face and said that it didn't go through...and then said no, it went right through...ha ha, but not funny. Just trying to give them some money.

We were in town for a funeral and on the way to OKC my car started having a bad shake at 60mph. We went to Big O Tires in Yukon and they worked us in. They ended up rebalancing and rotating my tires for me, and didnt charge me a dime! This not only fixed my issue, but saved us tons of stress and money. We appreciated their honesty, working us in, and fixing the problem; and saving us money!

@bigotires of Nixa, Mo 4/24/23 Went in for rotation on 4 tires I bought at this location 1 yr, 8 mos ago, driven 21,000 miles. Think of my surprise when told needed 4 new tires that weren't covered under warranty. Not by the extended warranty I purchased from Big O nor the tire brand company that Big O chooses to sell themselves. This is shady practice. A bait & switch scheme to buy the add ons. Still waiting for that promised call from the manager who doesn't work in this part of the country. Don't give them your patronage if you expect truthfulness. I admit I was angry & upset with the treatment I was receiving. No empathy. Patronizing. Dismissive. Good thing their pass-the-buck disrespect was out of earshot to my 90 year old mother in the waiting room. All in all, sorry to report their revolting customer service.

The staff is beyond expected. They fix my bmw and had other services done. Awesome work

I complained about a misunderstanding about tires about six months ago and want to apologize. Those awesome people at the shop are so overwhelmed with needy customers it's a wonder they can keep up with us! My radiator had a malfunction last week and when I got up in the morning to go to work it had run the battery dry and I had to call in sick.
I walked from my house to an auto parts store to get something to start my car and while in transit called my Hyundai dealer, Toyota, and a few more auto shops and found out that they were all a week out just to look at it. That was scary, I had heard on the news that auto mechanics were backed up and there was a shortage of them but learned for myself, on a very cold day while walking...they ARE!
So on the way back to my house I stopped by the Big O near me, the one that I had complained about, and prayed they would be able to help me, and not punish me for hurting them.
Brian at the front desk was very soft spoken and kind, as always and made me feel comfortable and put me on the waiting list, but cautioned that I may have a long wait because they were so busy. But I was grateful that they were willing to try at all, after having called around town and found out nobody could even look at it 'till Monday. I need my car so much!
After about a four hour wait they got me in. I was thinking it would cost me a fortune. Some mechanics and the co-owner Chris, himself, tested and evaluated it for some time and couldn't find the exact problem. Then Chris ran through his national data base looking for the similar problem for my model of car. He came back to tell me how much it would cost to fix but said he wasn't sure it would be the right fix and said the parts would still work and I could keep driving it safely and could take it to the Hyundai dealer for a full electronic diagnosis to be sure rather than spend nine hundred bucks right then.
He also insisted that I didn't need to pay anything for the diagnosis time they had spent on my car.
Imagine how shocked I was?!!! In an ecstatic and relieved way! I can't believe they would do that for me!!!
I intend to take my car in every time from now on and be really loyal to them because they have always been loyal to me and fixed my flats and done several other freebies that I had forgotten about.
And they do have the best tires and best warranties I know of. I got a flat on a trip last fall and Big O fixed it for free in Boise Idaho.

Front shocks never installed properly. Came off on one side and about to in the other. They did this twice. Then we offered $50 next time. Then accused my wife of returning the wrong ones to them after we had the dealer fix all their
Mistakes. It’s been years since I have had anything close to this terrible of service anywhere. My son could have been injured or killed.

Slippery - The Big O Ties in Conifer, Colorado is under new management and be careful is all I can say. That is not a positive change.

Why don't these businesses realize that when they slip in things customers don't want or need, that it costs them thousands of dollars in future business? I have five cars and will never take any of them back to Big O (any Big O) as a result of this visit. It cost me $200 but it will cost them $thousands. Any future visit will be limited to included services such as included and required "free" tire rotations, repairs and alignment checks.

Purchase: Four brand new Big O tires for a Chevy Silverado.

Amount spent: $1,543.00 4X4 All Season/Terrain Truck Tires and full synthetic large Oil Change, *alignment, *nitrogen, *TPMS rebuild *none of these were requested

A I said above but warrants repeating, I own five cars all of which need tires and I will not be returning to this store ever again and nor will I recommend them to anyone. Expensive lesson learned for me and for Big O Tires because I'll never buy from them again.

"Slippery" is the term I would use when working with this store. It harkens back to the days of snake oil and hucksters. Some was my fault for not looking more closely when the salesman was quickly going down the list of items with his highlighter but in a small town at a store I've bought from six times in the past, I made the mistake of trusting the salesman and not looking as closely as I should have. As I said, a slippery salesman and I was taken. As I said, I've learned a lesson that will serve me well in the future.

Several services and products were added to the bill that I did not request, did not realize were being added and that were not explained to me. The total extra cost amounted to about $200.00.

1.) Alignment: An alignment was added to bill only if needed. I asked to be notified if it was needed but they performed the alignment without notifying me. After driving home, I found that the alignment was not only unneeded but now my steering wheel was cocked to the right. I now have to go back to have that resolve.

2.) The alignment they conducted was off by about 2 degrees on the front end. I had to take it back two days later and when they checked it they advised that yes, the front end was off by 1.9 degrees and had to redo the alignment.

3.) Nitrogen - They added Nitrogen to my bill without telling me and without explaining that they were doing so. I did not want Nitrogen but it was added without clarification at a cost of $40.00

4.) I had an oil change done and they did not reset the vehicle computer to reflect the oil change.

5.) They did not reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) so my TPMS showed the wrong tires at each location. Fortunately I have a tool and had to reset them all myself in my own garage.

6.) TPMS rebuild kit was added without my knowledge or explanation.

7.) The services took over three hours in what I was told would be an hour.

8.) The store did not communicate with me relative to the alignment, nitrogen, rebuild kit or other services that were conducted without my understanding. My fault for not questioning it up front but the shop across the street was much more transparent when I bought tires for my Jeep from them the next day. Again, lesson learned.

9.) The second day following the installation of new tires, I picked up a piece of metal. I took the tire back to have it repaired and while they did do the repair for no charge, of course they would not replace the Nitrogen they charged me for two days earlier but only put regular air back in the tire when it was on their dime.

It could have been worse though because I did have all of my fluids checked on this 4X4 Chevy Silverado and they told me that the fluids looked good. Had they told me that they needed changing, I would have approved that with brakes and other consumables so at least now I get to give my money to a different local small business for those upcoming service needs.

They did give me a $50 veteran discount which helped ease some of the pain.

My advice is to check the list of charges very carefully and only and make sure you want what they're selling. Be careful, they're slippery.

I went to Big O tires on 09/18/2021 to buy 4 new tires for my 1999 jeep Cherokee 4x4 6cil 4.0. 235/75R15 part # BGO14464. Front desk guy that was helping me came up to inform me that "I needed new shocks on the Rear and front of vehicle" that was determined by the test drive taken after tires were on. I agreed to the front shocks but NOT the rear shocks because I had already replaced them just only a few months prior. The jeep was finally done after a little over 2hrs. The total came to $1066.69.
They charged me for of course tires + LAB SHSHL (1) rear shock absorber {When I told them I had rear shocks already replaced} this was for one $126.58/ + MON32252 ,MNRO MTC PLUS SHCK(2) $124.95 =$249.90. the millage read 226,422 today the millage is 229922 The reason I am writing this review is because I had to replace the both Front shocks on this jeep because they were not doing what shocks are supposed to do. Yes Only 3 (three) thousand miles were put on this vehicle and 2 yrs passed but shocks are should last for more than that. I had to purchase another set of shocks and have them put on. I am very very disappointed with Big O tires. I realize time has passed, however, MY INVOICE READS[ minimum mileage warranty 3Y60 ] when I drive over the speed humps in my place It sounds and feels like I am hitting a concrete wall no kidding. I will not go to BIG O TIRES ever again and I will also let others know how I was taken by this company that allows people to operate like this. Could it be because..........You draw your own conclusion.
