This is my second year using BillGenie, and the service is still as professional and efficient as the first time. They found a deal for me on my electricity that I couldn't find myself, at a rate to beat all other deals. Incredible business; FREE and clear excellent advice, in under an hour, they had given me exactly what information I needed, directing me to a much cheaper option for electricity supply. And better again, they organised all the paperwork to change supplier! In these tricky times, this is an incredible, people-centric facility, especially for older citizens.
