My experience with Billoomi Fashion caused me significant financial loss and a tremendous amount of stress, frustration, and emotional pain. If you're a new fashion brand looking for a low-MOQ manufacturer in India, please do your research and read Billoomi Fashion reviews before sending them money.

CRITICAL UPDATE: (27.05.2026) CONDITIONAL REFUND ATTEMPT
The founders office has confirmed they have funds and have confirmed they can refund me within 48hrs _ IF _ I remove all reviews and withdraw MCA and NCA filings.
I have flatly refused this extortion tactic, in thier public cover-up attempt.
A refund is a legal obligation for un-delivered items in a reasonable time not to be used for manipulation.

WARNING TO EMERGING BRANDS AND SMALL BUSINESSES

I rarely leave reviews this detailed, but after months of delays, repeated broken promises, and an extremely stressful experience, I feel it is important to document what happened so that other emerging brands can make informed decisions before sending upfront payments.

I engaged Billoomi Fashion Pvt Ltd for garment development and proto sample work for my brand, MELNLEO.

In the beginning, communication appeared positive and professional, and like many other startups, I trusted the process and believed I had found a manufacturing partner that genuinely supported emerging brands.

Unfortunately, my experience became the complete opposite. Over several months, I was repeatedly given confirmed timelines that were continually missed. Every time a deadline approached, another delay followed:
“this weekend” “Wednesday” “tonight” “please bear with us” “one more week”
This became a constant cycle with no actual completed proto samples ever delivered to me within the repeatedly promised timeframes.
What became most frustrating was not simply the delays themselves, but the way communication was handled throughout the process. Delays were rarely communicated proactively before deadlines passed. Instead, timelines would be confirmed confidently, then missed, followed by further reassurances and explanations only after I followed up again.

As an emerging fashion brand, these delays have caused significant operational, financial, and emotional impact. Product development planning stalled, launch timelines became impossible to manage, and months of momentum were lost waiting on repeated assurances that were never met.

After formally escalating the matter, I was suddenly told to connect with a staff member on WhatsApp for “urgent proto approvals.” However, my WhatsApp number had already been included in the signature line of every email sent throughout the entire process for months. At no stage prior was I contacted directly despite repeated claims that approvals were urgently required.

This further damaged my confidence in the professionalism and organisation of the process. I was then advised that labour shortages and broader operational issues had delayed work for multiple buyers.

While I understand businesses can face genuine challenges, this does not excuse repeatedly confirming deadlines that cannot realistically be met, especially when clients are making important business decisions based on those commitments.
What concerns me most is that several recent reviews appear to describe very similar patterns:
• repeated rolling delays
• ongoing “please bear with us” responses
• failure to meet confirmed timelines
• emotional and financial stress placed on small businesses

My experience unfortunately aligns closely with many of those concerns. At this stage, I have:
• documented all communication and timelines
• contacted my bank regarding trace/recovery options relating to the international transfer
• begun preparing formal complaints and documentation for relevant Indian authorities including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
I strongly encourage any other businesses experiencing similar unresolved issues to: • keep all emails and screenshots
• document every promised timeline carefully
• maintain written communication
• seek formal financial and regulatory advice where appropriate

I am not writing this review out of anger. I am writing it out of disappointment, because emerging brands invest not only money into these projects, but also trust, time, energy, momentum, and belief in their future business.

Experiences like this can be extremely disheartening for emerging designers and small brands trying to build something meaningful from the ground up.

To those before me and those after me: do not let moments like this make you give up. Persevere, continue learning, and find manufacturing partners that genuinely align with your business and values.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Billoomi Fashion Pvt Ltd as a reliable development partner for emerging brands seeking dependable communication, structured project management, and realistic production timelines.

You may end up with neither your samples nor your money back. I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before proceeding.

Since February 10, I have repeatedly been told “give us one more week.” Week after week there has been another excuse, another delay, and another empty promise. Even after sending a final email last week requesting a refund and resolution, I was once again told to “give us this week” — and then completely ignored afterwards.

At this point, the way this situation has been handled has raised serious scam concerns for me, and honestly, I feel like I got scammed.

Communication has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Refund requests were ignored, timelines were never respected, and instead of taking responsibility, I kept receiving “please bear with us” messages with no real action behind them.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this company claims to support new and small businesses. My experience was the complete opposite. Instead of helping someone trying to start their brand, this experience caused stress, wasted months of time, financial loss, and nearly destroyed my motivation and excitement to continue.

For such a small amount of money, they were willing to damage their reputation, lose customer trust, and put their company in a bad position publicly. Shame on you for treating customers this way.

This kind of behaviour not only damages their own reputation, but also affects trust in other legitimate companies from the same industry and country that are genuinely trying to do honest business.

You will not grow or go far by taking other people’s money. A business built this way will never be respected or blessed.

I strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to be extremely cautious before sending any upfront payment.

Fraud alert for small fashion brands!

We paid Billoomi Fashion Pvt. Ltd. in December 2025 for three custom development samples based on detailed approved tech packs. By the end of April 2026, no samples had been delivered despite repeated promises and delays. Our experience was significant lost time and money.

DO NOT USE THEM! Gave them a pattern, shipped them the material and they mocked up what the item would look like, which I approved. What I received back after months of painful lack of communication was nothing like they mocked up. In fact, they sealed the bottom of the garment so they are all useless. The pattern was not used as they failed to make the wrists as per the pattern and mock up.

They're scammers who take your money and don't deliver. We paid them for samples with a promised delivery date, but they ghosted us. No samples, very little communication and empty promises. Their customer service is a joke. Do not waste your time and money with these unprofessional and dishonest people.

Our experience with Billoomi has been extremely disappointing. We ordered several samples over six months ago and never received anything. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, we got no clear answers or solutions. Every time there was a new excuse, but no actual delivery.

For a company that claims to be professional, this is completely unacceptable. We lost a lot of time and trust in the process. Not recommended – especially for brands that value reliability, communication, and timely delivery.

I reached out to Billoomi to produce garments for my sustainable fashion brand, and they were very pleasant / quick to reply over email and WhatsApp. However, they took nearly 5 weeks to send me fabric samples, and lied multiple times about their status (lost by DHL, sent to the wrong client, rejected by my building, etc.). None of this was supported by tracking data, and I never received the samples. This burned over a month of time, and we might miss our launch date as a result. Such an incredibly stressful experience.

To make it worse - They emailed me back and forth for over a week afterward trying to convince / gaslight me that they had a reasonable explanation for all of this, and insulted me repeatedly through many long and unprofessional emails calling me distrustful (among other things) for not accepting excuses which were easily disproven by our email history. I do not recommend Billoomi, as I believe they're either a scam or severely negligent.

Not sure about this company. I contacted them about supplying me with some garments for my store. Danny emailed me back and asked we chat on WhatsApp. I replied that I didn't like WhatsApp and could we chat via email. I then got a call from a mobile phone in India where they are based. I ignored it. There is another website also complaining about this company - so, do your due dilligence. I don't think they are trustworthy myself.
