I've worked for Bitwine for about 6 years and it has been a pointless horrible experience. They are do not advertise so all of their advisors are just sitting online with no clients. They take 44% of your money then make you send it through PayPal which takes more. So you literally make no money. They are also racists and will discriminate against you if its between you and their cash cows. Amie and Cara are the racists that are customer service reps. They are stealing monies from the company.

I just recently had a client @caramiadenise (Cara Gardiner) Who had an amazing experience with me. I had 5 stars across the board and maybe 1 random bad review a year because their clients are addicted to readings and psychic advice so if you dont do what they want, they will lie on the reviews. So Cara had excellent reviews for me, but i have rules, which is you cannot come back for another reading in less than 24 hrs about the same thing. She did it 4 days in a row. I compromised with her, and we agreed on doing a reading Wed, the agreement was on a Monday. Well because they are all addicts, she came back Tuesday THE NEXT DAY, with some made up story about how she really needs to know how this man feels. Those are the readings... Please tell me so and so intentions and how they feel about me. Sometimes they don't even know these people they call about. So It serves no one to keep feeding into that energy except Bitwine. They money. Well I blocked her, and she changed her excellent reviews to lies. She said I emailed her and said I would hex her. I emailed Amie and Cara about it with proof that me and this woman had no issues, and we had an agreement that she violated. These people think they own you. Well they lied and said they saw proof I emailed her which is impossible because I dont know her, dont know her email address, AND THERE WAS NO ISSUE. I was sure the reviews would be removed because of no proof. Not a problem.

Well I asked to see the proof and they kept giving me the run around lying saying they are investigating it but still suspended my account for a week. I have all this in emails which is insane they would lie on record. But hey Racists take up for racists.

I want you to understand, If you try to work there you will make no money because they dont advertise and they will choose the customer over you and lie on you if you are a black woman that is successful. I have been a reader for over 15 years with my own successful business. I just enjoyed the idea to make extra. But it will not serve you to work there or get readings there. GOOD LUCK!

This site should be closed down. The rudest and most unprofessional advisors. If you make an honest statement that something does not resonate they become aggressive and mean then block you so you can't leave a review. Customer service is of no help either. They could care less about the customer experience and allow advisors to be disrespectful. Stay away.

This is the biggest scam in history. Not a single accurate reading. All are fake if the reviews are high it's because the reader either removes your review or blocks you before talking to them. Even the ones with high scores are con artists. Don't waste your money.

The review system is not working the way it should, apparently people working there can remove negative reviews, giving a false impression about the services they offer. I’ve accumulated a lot of frustrating experiences until I realized that I should stop using this service.

I spoke with Marcello after a prediction didn’t come true and he literally disconnected chat. I had to pretend to be someone else of which he did not recognize so I could leave a review warning customers that he is not a real psychic as his predictions did not come true and he avoided me leaving a review. Of which Bitwine turned around and deleted that review. I wonder how many other clients have been lied to and cannot leave a review. I will make sure to find other websites. As this is my second website to warn others about Advisor Marcello since Bitwine deleted my review. I will keep going. If I can find a way to report this to the better business bureau, I will. Do not trust this website. They are fraudulent.

HORRIBILE! Completely horribile worst customer service worst people in the world working there they should all be fired, Biased against transgenders, Terminated my profile claiming I had “Multiple” profiles after I paid $220 in commission bills there’s no such thing, money hungry greedy don’t work for them or get readings done with them, honestly I feel I got fired because I’m transgender and they cannot handle somebody working for the company for them that is “Different”
