We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the financing arranged through other providers didn’t serve your business well. We understand how important access to capital is, and how difficult it can be to navigate the many options available in the market.

That said, we also know from experience that not all funding is created equal. Unfortunately, many businesses are offered short-sighted or aggressive terms that can lead to cash flow issues, repayment strain, or damage to long-term financial health. Our team has seen this happen too often, and it’s something we work hard to protect our clients from.

We reviewed our communication history and found that our Customer Service team was in regular contact with you throughout this period. For example, on October 8, you emailed our team at 1:32 PM, we responded at 1:34 PM, you replied again at 1:37 PM, and your request was escalated internally for further review by 1:49 PM.

Our records also reflect additional communications with you on October 7, October 27, November 6, and November 10 as our team continued its efforts to remain in contact and assist.

We understand there may have been a particular call, email, or interaction where you felt you were unable to reach us, and if so, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to understand what happened. Based on the communication history available to us, however, our team made consistent efforts to remain accessible and responsive.

We understand that a business may need additional capital beyond what is currently available or approved. The amount of financing we can provide is based on the business’s performance and the information available to us at the time, and we always aim to provide the strongest financing option we can responsibly offer.
