Order a beautiful arrangement for my daughter’s birthday in Texas.
They sent 2 carnations , 1 rose and 2 lilies in a cheap crappy vase.
No resemblance whatsoever to what I ordered. Very expensive too!
Stay away from this site .Running a scam not an honest business!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Company is fake. Took my money, never delivered the flowers, email doesn’t work, not a valid email and no live agents to talk to. Do not use!

Zero stars for Bloom Flower delivery. Do not use this company because they are a rip off. You do not get anything close to what you order, and you don't get the ballon with it either that you order. The flowers I ordered for my granddaughter for her birthday delivered to the school was just awful and nothing like the picture that I ordered from. When you complain, they offer you 10% back off your order. They are making big money off of skimming people.

Everything went wrong. Poor service poor delivery not the flowers I ordered. Stay away please!!!

I searched online for a flower delivery company, and blossomflowerdelivery.com was one of the top results. I later realized they were running paid ads, which I didn’t notice at the time.

Their website looks professional and the photos are beautiful, but the actual experience was completely different.

I ordered flowers for my friend’s grandfather’s funeral and paid around $100. What was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered and was significantly cheaper and much smaller than expected. The flowers were also delivered without water, which was especially disappointing for a funeral arrangement.

After looking at other customer reviews, I’m clearly not the only person who has had this experience. If you have already had a similar issue, contact your bank or credit card company about disputing the transaction.

Terrible! No morals at all to run this business. I don't understand why these websites could keep going and run scams

I placed an order on 9/19/26 to be delivered on 9/21...order was never received. Customer service could not tell me when the order would be delivered and stop answering the phones.
This is definitely a scam company. I have dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Paid for a rush delivery that never came. Tried to speak to a real person and an AI kept popping up, even when Frank the AI said he'd transfer me to a real person. The URL the give to track deliveries does not exist. Don't use this website. It's a scam. I'd give no stars if possible.

I ordered flowers for my sister and was told before paying that they would be delivered on the day my order was placed. Once my order was placed, I immediately received an email indicating a change in delivery for the next "available date." I requested a partial refund because my flowers could not be delivered as promised, and I was told they would investigate whether I was eligible for a credit. It's sad that there are companies that mislead customers. I will never order from them again.

Really terrible. Ordered the 12th and it said it would be delivered in the 13th which it was not. It was not delivered until today around 4pm. Customer service did help and answer but what was delivered is not even what I ordered. Not even close. And then half of the bouquet was droopy and dying. Just make then yourself or plan better so you don’t end up disappointed like I am. Thankfully my partner is amazing and she loves the bouquet anyways. No credit to bloom. Do not use these guys seriously . They’re terrible.

Scam. Avoid them. They will happily take your money, never deliver anything, and then waste your time doing nothing when you contact their "customer service." Absolutely horrible people.

Took my money, no delivery.
I am in Nigeria, but I ordered flowers on their website for delivery in Hawaii for my friend's birthday. I was charged almost $100 USD, and NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED. The birthday passed, and nothing arrived. I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews BEFORE ordering — now I see I'm not the only one. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

If I could put zero I would,they said they would deliver flowers by 8 pm the day I ordered them and they never arrived said they would deliver 2 days later I cancelled my order the same day and said he 1 to 6 business days for refund it's been 2 weeks and still no refund and all you get is AI response.Don't waste your time or money,they are expensive and refuse to give refund and you'll never get your money back

Very disappointing experience, especially for a sympathy order. I ordered a plant online to be delivered the next day. Before placing the order, I tried five different times to speak with a live customer service agent. Each time, I was told to wait because a live agent would be with me shortly, only to be sent back to the AI bot. I never once got through to a real person. I eventually gave up and placed the order online. The next day, I received a message saying there was a delay and that it would be delivered the following day. Two days later, I checked the tracking and discovered that the order had not even been processed. I contacted them through the chat again, and only then was I told that the order was being processed. I subsequently received another message saying there was a delay again and that it would be delivered the next day.

At this point, I have still been unable to speak with a live representative. I finally requested a refund through the chat and was told it would take 2–4 days to process.

The complete lack of accessible customer service is extremely frustrating. When you're ordering a sympathy gift, timing matters. Being repeatedly directed to an AI bot and being unable to speak to an actual person when there is a problem makes an already difficult situation even more frustrating.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If there was a choice for a negative rating, it would be minus 10.

They were supposed to deliver a beautiful arrangement of flowers to my mother for her 80th birthday. I paid $100!!! They never delivered. I'm sick to my stomach and I will be charging this order back with my bank. They have some stupid bot that pretends to give a shit. But the sick thing is that these people sleep at night after stealing your money!!! DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE!!!!! READ EVERY REVIEW.

I was never notified of the delivery. When checking with the recipient, I learned the wrong order was delivered. After several emails and phone calls, including having to send them a picture of the wrong flowers, I was offered a 20% refund of the cost. Totally unacceptable. 100% there error. Never, never order from the company.

I ordered flowers for a birthday - they were quite expensive and I paid for the extra fee for morning delivery. By 1 PM the day they were supposed to arrive, the flowers were never delivered and no updates until I reached out and they kept giving a generic response of "we are looking into this." By 5:30 PM the flowers were still not delivered. I reached out several times to be told the same thing. I call the customer service number and can't get through to anyone. No customer service support and they do not care!! Do not recommend.

Buyer Beware! Do not buy flowers from this company and use your local flower shops instead. Bought a pricey flower arrangement for a funeral service and they did not deliver it and their AI bot just said there was a delay. No text msgs or emails were sent to me either. Asking the bot to be transferred to a live rep is an extremely bad experience as well since their phones keep cutting you off and you can’t understand them. Will be disputing this charge either way my bank.

DO NOT ORDER from this site !!!! It looks legit, but it is absolutely not!!!!! False delivery, false advertising, then they do not get back to you.....You email, call, you're on hold forever. It's a scam, do not order with them!!!!
