Sito non funzionante

Pensavo di aver comprato i biglietti per 03 agosto 2025 - 3 biglietti capri napoli - ore 18.10 - addebito arrivato immediatamente, ma dei biglietti elettronici o di codici sulla mail nessuna traccia, malgrado il sistema dicesse che mi sarebbero arrivati. Solo dopo mio reclamo, mi arriva email che dice che mi rimborseranno del pre-pagamento tra 2-7 gg perché la prenotazione non è
stata validata per non si sa quale motivo di sistema. E' la.prima volta che pago in anticipo un servizio che non puo' essere erogato per un loro disservizio tra il loro sistema e quello degli aliscafi che probabilmente non è aggiornato in tempo reale. Il rimborso sicuramente mi verra' dato , perche' e' una pre autorizzazione, ma il servizio e' deludente.
Ero entrata da capri.net pensavo che il sistema dunzionasse in tempo reale.

Unhelpful customer service + misleading tickets

I bought tickets for a boat from Amalfi to Sorrento and the tickets said it would arrive at 1810 but it arrived more than 30 minutes later so we missed our shuttle bus back to the hotel, there were no delays with the boat and the boat from Sorrento to Amalfi was the same taking much longer than it said. I had to spend 51€ on a taxi to the hotel after missing the bus (as the next bus is at 2200 and you're supposed to pre book in the hotel), I got in touch with blublu to ask if they would reimburse me for the taxi and they said it is the boat operators responsibility despite the boat operators saying it is the agencies responsibility, and doing a bit of Googling I believe that it is the agencies responsibility

Beyond tickets, our main goal is to help travelers plan their full trip to the Gulf of Naples and Amalfi Coast — offering tours, itineraries, and travel advice. Since we're based locally, we know the providers personally and always do our best to assist and ensure a smooth experience.

Do NOT purchase ferry tickets from blublu.travel

Do NOT purchase your ferry tickets from blublu.travel. This is a terrible 3rd party contractor who is partnered with several Ferry companies in Italy. Blublu has horrible price transparency when you go to purchase your tickets. And their customer service representatives are even worse and very unhelpful...especially Valeria. And they sneak a commission fee into the final price AFTER you make the purchase.
Here's the deal with my actual experience....blublu's website said the final price for a ferry ticket is 16 euros. I filled out all the required information which took me all the way to the final page to make payment. The final price still said 16 euros. So I made the payment. After payment was successfully made, I was charged 21 euros. I was furious. I was charged hidden fees for a blublu commission and booking/service fee for a total of 5 euros. These 5 euro hidden fees was not shown on the last page where I made my credit card payment.
The customer service rep, Valeria, then tells me via email after the fact that I needed to click on some special button in the upper corner which shows the price breakdown. This "special price breakdown button" is hidden well to fraud you. You should not have to hit this special button to see the price breakdown before you make purchase. The price breakdown should be shown on the final payment page. There is ZERO price transparency with blublu.travel and their hidden fees. This is FRAUD.
And then Valeria victim blamed me for not pressing the special price breakdown button. The price breakdown should be listed on the final payment page and not hidden in the upper corner. Again, when I made the purchase, their website said the final cost would be 16 euros, not 21.
Valeria is extremely unhelpful. She does respond to your questions and just says to review their policies on their website. She has very poor customer service skills.
BE CAUTIOUS when booking ferry tickets with blublu.travel as there are hidden fees that they do NOT tell you about until after you had made the purchase. And if you cancel and expect to receive a full refund, you WON'T. You will only get refunded like 70%.
JUST BOOK DIRECTLY with the actual ferry company and not with some shady 3rd party organization (like blublu.travel) in order to avoid hidden fees (such as commission fees). And their customer service reps are rude & victim blame you for not knowing their website as well as they know it.
If I had known about blublu's hidden fees before making the purchase, I would NOT have purchased with them. They are a 3rd party contractor who charges commission fees AFTER you make the purchase.
