I worked with Bmdigital for marketing services but my experience was not good. Communication was slow and results were not as promised. I invested money hoping to grow my business but didn't see much improvement. Support team replied late and sometimes ignored messages. Overall not satisfied with the service.

Bad experience, After over 3 months of paying for UGC, creatives and ad management, we got maybe 3 or 4 sales total.

Not everything landed perfectly right away. Some early creatives missed the mark and that was frustrating at first. But what mattered was how they handled it. There was no panic, no blame. They adjusted quickly, found the angle that worked and performance followed. That calm approach made the whole experience feel steady instead of reactive.

Honestly these guys saved our Q4. we were burning through creative so fast and our in-house team couldn't keep up. now we've got like 100+ creators making content for us every month and our CPA dropped almost in half lol. game changer for real

Absolutely awful to deal with. If your an ecommerce business stay far away. quality of work was terrible. When managing our ads at the start CPA was over €300 which is shocking. Threatened to sue us when after 3 months we requested to understand what the plan was as we were miles behind targets. In the end it cost us over €50,000 with no results. All we got were threats. Dont touch these guys. Feel robbed.

Run out of stock in the first month when new creatives hit our ad account. Good problem to have

Good Investment. They have a big influencer network and are able to land partnerships that we could not have done without them. Gifting UGC content is among the best performing ads in our ad account.

We are 4 months in and we are very satisfied with the results so far. Much better than our previous vendor.

TLDR: Pretty bad experience. After a little over 3 months of paying them for UGC, creatives, landing pages and ad management, we got maybe 3 or 4 sales total. 

During the pitch to work with them, their approach to using UGC, influencers and testing seemed impressive. Unfortunately, they move insanely slow and the quality of work was far below what's needed to succeed in the supplement space (even though we provided multiple examples to model). Despite a complete lack of results after 3+ months, they insisted we were close to making meaningful progress. However, when given the opportunity to test already developed assets for a couple weeks (i.e. very low risk or labor output on their end) without paying the management fee, they were not interested. 

Pros
- They seem like nice people
- You may get a result if you have alot time and money and you're operating in a less competitive niche than supplements.

Cons
- moved incredibly slow. It took more than 2.5 months to even start testing static images. Funnel was still incomplete when we started due to basic landing pages not being ready. Changes and edits that should have been made the same day took 10-14 days. 
- landing pages were not of sufficient quality to generate a result (despite us providing multiple examples of what was currently working in the space). 
- Had to request corrections multiple times. 
- pretty standard agency experience: oversell, underdeliver and the customer is the one who lost the time and money. They didnt care enough about the total lack of results to do anything to make it right.

We always wanted to do influencers, but could not get it to scale in house. This was a massive unlock for us. Highly recommend

Can only echo the other review left for this company.

Cheap, poorly made influencer content. They essentially have an open platform where any influencer can apply for your program. Which may absolutely work for some businesses, but did not work for us and was not how they had explained it to us.

What we discussed in our initial calls (being provided a curated list of influencers that would be a good fit for our brand, a small initial sample size to test the program out, overall strategy etc) was absolutely not what we received once handed over to our client rep.

Shockingly bad customer service from our client rep. He would send emails with ZERO context that were impossible to understand and therefore action. His communication was exceptionally poor and frustrating. He remained curiously oblivious to our many complaints and just generally had an attitude that suggested he knew best. Despite delivering subpar work time and time again.

It would take so many rounds of edits to get any work agreed on that we might as well have saved time and just done the whole thing ourselves. Lots of typos, mistakes, random off-brand or incorrect statements and incredibly poorly written content.

Ultimately, they did not understand our business and have a one size fits all approach that did not work for us at all. Coupled with one of the most frustrating client rep experiences I have ever received from a vendor to date.

We ended our relationship early because it was wasting our time, energy and money. It was clear they were not able to produce anything of quality for us.
