Before I took a program from BNA to repay my debt, I was a bit hopeless having to pay a lot more than what I would earn.
I did try to speak to a lot of companies / banks / organizations that promised help, yet nothing received.
Luckily, a house mate opened my options by sharing that he took consumer proposal from BNA.
I immediately tried to find them, talked to them, and in a blink of a second my debt problems finally have some great answer now. Thanks to

He had been away for 10 days and is bit behind on his email. He will respond as soon as he can. He normally doesn't take 4 days to respond to his emails, even if two of those days were weekend days. :)

I really trust their experience and knowledge, and the customer service is superb! Be prepared with all the questions you can, prepare for your appointment as they instruct and don't be afraid to call for assistance. They will help you discover what financial option is best for you. HOWEVER, a friend of mine found bankruptcy monthly fees substantially less at another trustee than BNA and Associates. So....I am quite disappointed in that. Make sure you clarify with them what are government mandated fees and what fees they charge at their own discretion.

Thank you for that, we try to give the best customer service we can. You are quite correct in that the fees are mandated by the government but the monthly fees can be adjusted to suit individual circumstances. In the end analysis, all debtors across Canada are required to pay the same fees based on their income (perhaps you had a higher income) and we can't adjust that final total. If you find that you need to have the monthly amount adjusted so that you pay less over a longer period of time, please get in touch with us.
