Was nice to find the brackets I needed, but the picture on the ad was misleading. It shows two brackets, so I ordered two units I thought would give me four. Two showed up. When I called the guy said,"yea, the picture is misleading". I ordered two more, he was nice enough to wave the shipping charge.

Well I look at there web page and pulled up 2016 Suzuki lower unite seal kit. Order 2 set that there web page said was the right ones. Everything was right but the prop seals.I had already started installing seals when I seen the prop seal was wrong called an explain a was told well you can not go by that. What or you kidding me.so could not return because already been open had to buy two sets of prop seals. They said they will give me free shipping on my next order.Thanks a lot

While the detailed diagrams of ancient outboards and availability of obscure parts is excellent, their customer service is what really shines! Had multiple issues with USPS losing my orders and they have easily and promptly resolved it each time!

They actually had a part I needed for my snow blower at a good price. Shipping was fast and the part arrived in good condition.

Although the part prices are in line the amount of time to receive them is poor. Waiting for the parts to arrive takes to much time. Being a professional marine technician getting a job done quickly and efficiently is paramount!

I talked to a customer agent before placing my order, and he was great at directing me to right parts catalog for my Honda small engine. I was then able to find the right parts for my engine. My biggest complaint was with the shipping using USPS which is no fault of Boats. I live 265 miles from where the parts were shipped from, USPS shipped my order half way across the country before it got to me. Should have been next day delivery.

I ordered several different things to do a service on my motor. Two of the items shipped were incorrect. The person I spoke with blamed me for ordering incorrect parts instead of owning a mistake by whomever filled the order. Next I had to eat shipping twice on something that was their fault. First time I ever had an issue with this company after many years, but if that is how I am treated I will go a different route in the future. As they say, first time shame on them-second time shame on me.

Always meets my expectations for straight forward communications, on-time delivery and quality products. And I’m confident those standards will be met on my next order.
