We have just completed on a property purchased with Bond Wolfe. They were professional to deal with, well organised and friendly. They responded to all of our enquiries within the same day, which really put our minds at ease. As first time auction purchasers, it was a straight forward and smooth process. While their fees may be more expensive than other auctioneers, we appreciated their transparency throughout. If their fee was lower, I would have given them 5 stars but you get what you pay for.
We would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to James and the team!

i phoned up the office to view about 4 properties i was a viewing property on that day so i thought have a look all day long because of work you cannot take off a day as and when you feel like it especially in this current climate ,i was told by the person who answered the phone sorry we cant do that you have to go by the schedule appointment we have organised we cant accomodate every one ,
that is terrible attrocious service

The auction date was whilst on family holiday but Perm kept me posted throughout, till the exchange of contracts. Very happy with our purchase and special thank you to Perm for all her help and understanding.
