Haven't used Boostly for years but looks like it has been hacked as last night I got a message from support with an attached PDF and a code to open it. One of reasons given for the price increases last year was new very secure servers....ummmm. Glad I didn't continue with this company as all trust disappeared long ago.

Worst customer service. Actually non existent customer service. The only way to obtain support after your website is launched is through an email address to support. I sent emails starting in October 2025 with Loom videos as they said needed to be sent with a support email. I waited a week, never got a response. I continued to resend the emails starting October 30th. I did not get a response until December 4th. The response I got was “sorry for the delay, we found your emails in Spam”. For a company that only allows for email support, all of their clients emails should be in their contacts so it does not go to spam. I also sent over 15 emails and I find it hard to believe that all of them went to spam and no one checked spam for over a month. I do not recommend this company at all as my website was not functioning properly which was costing me money by people not able to book directly.

We were very satisfied with both the support and the overall implementation. Communication was fast and reliable throughout the entire process, and all requests were handled promptly and professionally.
The team was always friendly and courteous, while staying clearly focused on the content and the actual goals of the project. The implementation of our direct booking website for apartments, fully aligned with our own corporate identity, was done with great care and attention to detail.
Overall, a very reliable and pleasant collaboration. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend working with them.

I didn’t even get past the sales phases. There’s some serious red flags with this company. I had a sales call and the sales agent was admonishing me for not having the camera on. Excuse me? His words exactly, “The question for me is WHY you wouldn’t turn your camera on.” Is this a Larry David sketch? We’re here to hear about your product not look at my face. Wrote the company, can you get me a better sales person. CEO doubled down and said he wouldn’t be working with me because I wouldn’t turn on my camera. Who are these clowns? Did they just attend a high pressure sales conference? They think they’re big alpha now. If this is how they are with potential clients imagine how they are once you sign a contract? BUYER BEWARE.

I contacted the tech team for my website, got an automated reply suggesting I use their AI service, which didn't resolve my problem but got me closer to it. I was able to include that in a subsequent email. I got a quick response and more importantly a quick resolution!!
