The product was beautiful but the pump for the soap dispenser wasn't solid. Each time I used it, the pump mechanism wobbled a bit. I couldn't get it to sit firmly in place so using it wasn't easy.

So far
So far, the foam soap dispenser is working well. I like that the soap dispenser packaging was also eco-friendly. Note, the chrome top has a pinkish hue to it. That color was not expected but it doesn't bother me because the pump works very well.

Dear Joyce,
We truly appreciate this honest review! It makes our day to hear that you noticed the eco-friendly packaging. We work hard to make sure our unboxing experience respects the planet just as much as the product does. Regarding the chrome finish, it can sometimes pick up warm undertones (almost like a whisper of rose gold) depending on the light or the batch. We’re glad you don't mind this unique touch!
Thank you for being part of our journey. Wishing you a beautiful 2026,

Can't request a refund as they do not respond to email
This company does not respond to emails.
Their website seems honest and eager to associate itself with green values as they indicate they do not even accept returns but ask that the customer donate unwanted items and send proof of that donation to receive a refund. That's a good thing but it doesn't work if they don't respond to messages. I sense it might be a one or two person company with no HQ and no one on customer service for sure. The item I bought doesn't work so I don't even really want to donate it but in this case I will take my loss and do a more thorough look prior to purchasing next time.
