Ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. I cannot fault the company at all. We were even advised at the start to recheck measurements which we did and advised to order the smaller size. We were advised step by step of where our order was. Jacket arrived well before delivery date. Son was so happy jacket was a perfect fit and was off brilliant quality

Great jacket. Fits just right and looks exceptional. Ordered it and got it in time to enjoy it for the holidays.
This will be used every year as I am sure it will last.

It took some time to get the order but everything went good and it was worth the wait. People who says this is a shit store has got it really wrong. I orderd a trenchcoat and the sice, color and etc was perfect! Little bit much money but totaly worth it! The costume service was great we hade a good contact all days I waited for my coat. Ordered a vest and its very nicely made and fits great. Ordered from Canada but package sent from overseas and took a few weeks to get to me. They talked me through the measurements and were very good at letting me know where my order was at. The material is a bit crinkly but other than that I love the vest, for the price its awesome. Bossjackets doesn't seem to have many reviews online but I would totally recommend.

Overall really great experience! There was some confusion at the beginning with size. When ordering, you just choose a size (Large) and then pay, and get a shipping estimate timeline. Then I got an email asking for us to take measurements for a custom jacket. This was a bit confusing to me. And did delay the end result jacket delivery. However, they were really wonderful in taking the time to email me back and forth and make sure we got a perfectly fitted jacket. They even reimbursed me for shipping the first jacket back. Essentially you’re getting a fully custom fit jacket for the price, and that’s incredible! I just didn’t realize that at the time of purchase. I appreciate them taking the time to talk me through it and make sure my nephew got a wonderful present. It was very much worth it in the end. Thank you!

Bossjackets attention to detail is very impressive. I live in the UK and did my order from the UK but paying through my bank in the USA. Time was of the essence. Everything was done by email and their help was truly exceptional. My concern was that the product would not arrive on time but they did everything to ensure that it did. I was very pleased with my handcrafted men's sued jacket. It fits nice and looks great on. The company was quick to get started on making it, though the process is a little lengthy it is worth the wait. If you have the time to wait for your jacket to be made, I highly recommend this company to get the job done. If giving it as a gift, make sure to allow for at least a month to receive.
