Address was incorrect and delivered to…
Address was incorrect and delivered to the wrong house. I had to go and find it. The man who lived at that address had a hand mover to bring it to me as it weighed 27 kilograms. I was not happy. Apart from that delivery was due on Friday and came on Monday. My Son came to help me and went home after it didn’t arrive. Not good service.

The only thing wrong was the choice of delivery....it was soooo slow, my pyjamas seemed to travel everywhere before delivery to me.

Amazing service
Amazing service - very prompt. However, the wick for the 9 hour candles is not matched to the amount of wax. It doesn’t put out enough heat and also occasionally drowns in the molten wax.

The top I ordered arrived earlier than expected. The fit was good, although I always need to shorten sleeves & length.
Sleeves are loose enough for me to be able to wear a thermal top underneath. Very happy with purchase
