Will not do business with BraceAbility again.
I returned items for a size exchange. The return process was convoluted and repetitive unlike any others I have experienced. They denied my exchange or refund and kept one item based on what they said had been worn and in poor condition; fact: all items were returned in pristine condition and never worn. I tried on one brace of a pair, immediately determined it was too small and took off..don't know of any other way to learn you have the wrong size.

great product; the only thing i found is the sizing.
i bought a med. 36-41, i,m a 38 and it is pretty snug. i don't think a 41 would even be able to get it on.
other than that, i like better than the other one i had.
