Bed mattress from Bradfords arrived on time, 2 employees were very polite and helpful and assisted us to relocate the bed in the room

I’ve just seen a post on spotted Evesham from one of the local councillors they needed some help on flooring on a community project he was leading for the town. John campbell - muir is his name i can’t vote for him but would if i could .. anyway back to the point. JC-M reached out for help and Bradford carpets and flooring ran to the rescue - free gratis to support the project. This reminded me of my own experience . I shopped around for flooring for a sun room we had just renovated. We visited a number of outlets in Evesham and further afield .. must say the customer experience we received at a number if national chain outlets was at best luke warm. Disappointed we came back into town for a coffee and noticed Bradford shop on High Street. We stepped in were warmly received. We explained what we were doing and a number if options/ prices were volunteered . At our convenience they cam round measured up and gave us a quote. Again at a time that suited we agreed the deal and arranged the prep. And fitting .
Result?
A really competitive quote , attentive and informed guidance and a job completed to a very high standard.
You can understand how they have been around for so long .. they are local , invested in the community . Remember we should give our local firms a chance to quote.. no big advertising campaigns and corporate approach .. Just a proper job by people who care

Really like to support small businesses especially when they are based in a town centre. Bradfords had been recommended by a couple of friends so decided to pop in and give them a go. Truly thrilled to find a wide selection of current floorings, with good old fashion service, woven together with staff who knew what they were taking about - result. After a home visit with advice that was comprehensive and 100% NOT pushy we placed our order. Always feel a bit uncomfortable having chaps in the house I don’t know but the the gentlemen who fitted the carpets were absolutely brilliant, friendly, professional and so helpful putting the furniture back. Could not recommend highly enough. If it’s flooring you are looking for I would definitely call in to talk to them, they deserve your business.

Bradfords have supplied all of our carpets and beds at various addresses in Evesham for over 30 years. Always a friendly welcome and good advice in the showroom, very quick to come out to measure and fit. Over the past few months we have had new carpets fitted in our lounge, 2 bedrooms, stairs and landing. The fitters always do a great job and leave the rooms clean and tidy. A great local business.

We have used Bradfords three times now, once for carpet and twice for Amtico flooring and have always been very pleased with the results.
The fitters work hard, always arrive on time and are highly skilled and we will happily use them again. In fact we wouldn’t consider anyone else.

Great range of beds to choose from and well laid out showroom. We were given information about the beds but never felt under pressure to buy. We didn’t go with a view to purchase that day but we’re really impressed with the sales service we felt confident to go ahead.

We have, over the last month, had 3 different rooms carpeted and are 100% happy with all of the staff. The original measuring, help with choosing carpets for bedrooms, lounge and stairs and the continued fitting which also incorporated moving the larger pieces of furniture, were faultless. Would highly recommend their services.

These guys were fantastic, they provided me with top quality carpet and underlay for the budget I had. I had a very tight schedule and these guys moved heaven and earth to accommodate my requirement. They fitted the whole house in a day. Arrived on time, no flagging throughout the day and could be trusted to be left alone to complete the work.
