Sent me the wrong size then told me I had to pay to return the shoes for an exchange. They refused to send a reply post label even after I sent photos and proved that their sizing chart is contradictory. Be wary when ordering from here, their customer service is seriously lacking and very rude. They also blocked me on social media so that potential buyers could not be warned.

It has been 10 days and have heard nothing from them about posting the order.
Their tracking page says item not yet posted?
Where is it?
I feel I am talking to an AI bot online as zero care factor.

Don't buy from this site if you want your order to be shipped in a timely manner. I'm still waiting for shipping details and it's been two weeks (excluding weekends). I contacted them for an update and the response I got was that shipping details will be sent when they're dispatched. Considering most companies would have items shipped within 2-4 business days, this is pretty poor. I most likely won't get my order in time for when I need them.

Accurate and on time, good discount.

Their customer service was terrible. The woman was rude and arrogant and trying to get some help was out if the question. Beware, once they have your money, you are wiped. I definitely won't be buying from them in the future. Check the reviews....lots of 1 star reviews which are justified in my opinion.

Always a bit risky ordering shoes online but have had no problems so far with Brandhouse Direct. Lots of photos of each shoe/boot and adequate descriptions makes it easier to decide. I have ordered a pair of Skechers Arch Fit shoes and a pair of Cabello boots and both have been comfortable, fit well and were also a good price. I have not had to return any item so cannot comment on that.

Found the evening shoes that I wanted, with just a little glam and lo-heeled, perfect price and quick delivery. The online store was so easy to navigate with sizing that we understand, you can’t go wrong with Brand House Direct.i highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. I wore the runners I bought for a couple of weeks and then noticed the sole started to come off. I contacted them twice via email, which they claimed they never received when I eventually phoned them. Once I supplied the photos they requested they sent an email back to say they'll contact the supplier and that this would take 10 to 14 business days! I pushed and pushed and I eventually got the refund after many emails back and forth. However, they did not refund the postage which they are required to. Very disappointing experience and I would not buy from this company again. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Ordered a men's Australian size 8, received a US size 8 which of course is equivalent to Australian size 7, one size smaller than I wanted. The lady in Customer Services told me the US and Australian sizes were similar which is inaccurate. I have had to return them wasting postage costs. A bit ordinary. Will shop elsewhere.

I don't usually order shoes online but I couldn't find these shoes anywhere in a physical store in Brisbane. The Emma Kate Event Sandals are perfect for my Mother of the groom dress, so I took a chance. The whole process was seamless and so easy and if needed, I could return them for a full refund (minus the postage). The shoes were perfect. I usually take a 9 in Skechers so ordered a US9 EUR40. Perfect fit even with a bunion on my right big toe. The shoes arrived quickly and with tracking notifications. The silver colour is perfect for what I need. It's not too shiny or glittery and seems to have a slight touch of pewter without being grey. Very comfortable too. I will definitely order again in the future.

This company are so good in all aspects of their business it is hard to fault them.
