Excellent service
Brayley’s picked my CRV in the early morning it was returned to the same day in the afternoon after a full service and MOT. I was kept fully informed of the process by phone, the car is in excellent condition and running well. I bought this car from Crown Honda and have used them and now Brayleys for it and my wife’s car ever since and have always received and always received excellent service.

Great customer service. I had my car serviced whilst I waited. I was there for 2 hours and I was able to work whilst I waited.

Customer service and attitude poor
I've been a Honda car customer for over 20 years, but the customer service I received September 2025 at Brayley Bushey when my car underwent its service, MoT and recall part replacement was bad. Very bad.
The person dealing with me was offhand, dismissive and impolite - common courtesy has left the building, replaced by a grumpy attitude. The one thing I asked to be looked at (the home address on the satnav is set to the previous owner, which also breaks data protection laws) was overlooked until I came to collect my car, and then nobody knew how to correct this. On two occasions, either old rags have been left in my car, or bits/fittings have been left unattached. My loyalty to Honda has been severely tested and I have gone from strong advocate of Brayley to a current detractor.

Exceptional Customer Service
From the moment I stepped into the showroom at Brayley Honda Bushey to browse until the day I drove away my new car they were a pleasure to deal with. The all-round customer service provided by Catarina Soares, the sales rep, was exceptional in every respect and was a major factor in my decision to buy a Honda.
