No body answers the phone either on their main phone number or the number I was sent to my phone .I have dealt with Honda Bushey for 5 years and they used to be very good and efficient, but no more.
So for waited 30 minutes for someone to answer, but to no avail.
Was trying to book a service.

I've been a customer with this garage fror almost 40 years and have always found them efficient, helpful and reliable.....until Brayleys took over from Crown Motors.

GOOD: Care for my car still good but they failed to look at one concern I had raised about it.

BAD:
1) Impossible to get through by phone, no answerphone and no call-back option
2) E-mailing them results in a reply advising a call-back will be made but nothing happens
3) Was billed incorrectly and again, after great difficulty getting through by phone (call-back promised - didn't happen) and eventually got through to someone to be told I had to revisit the garage to receive my refund, despite having originally paid by phone

Seemingly they're now very disorganised, can't cope with their workload since Brayleys took over and have failed to maintain the good customer service that had previously existed, with internal communications woeful.

Neville picked up my car for a service and MOT,he was on time.
The next time I heard from Honda was when my car was ready to be delivered back.
Honda was so efficient and professional.

The service visit itself was excellent – efficient and straightforward – which is the most important.
Booking it was unexpectedly difficult this year, because using the online system didn't achieve it in one, and the promised call-back didn't happen, and I couldn't get through by phone.

A thoroughly professional approach from start to finish. I was kept in a loop and always knew what was happening to my car and when the necessary part was on its way from the Continent. A loan car was much appreciated.

My car was recalled for a fault in the Fuel Pump.
I paid £30 to have it collected and delivered back by Brayley Honda Bushey. They were as good as their word .with an early morning pick up. I was telephoned at lunchtime to say the work was complete but a health check had shown up a split windscreen wiper so I was quoted a price and asked if I wanted to proceed with purchase and get them replaced. I agreed. The work was done speedily and the car returned to my home without further delay. It all went very smoothly and efficiently. Thank You.

Car service was done in one day and it was satisfactory. The staff were courteous and kept me informed as to progress.

Great service all round. Friendly, professional and reliable

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our first car. We didn’t have a prior appointment when we first entered the showroom, but the warm and friendly staff accommodated us and gave us all the information that we wanted. Our positive first experience at this dealership made us finalise HRV as our first car. Post car delivery we had some issue with the Honda app but this was resolved within the same day as we rang the dealership. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Honda car.

Our experience at Brayley‘s cars has been excellent.
Besides giving us an excellent deal they also were very patient with all our queries, and questions. A very friendly team. I must specially commend Catarina Soares, who went out of her way to help us feel most comfortable and was very friendly. The atmosphere at this Honda dealership is really warm and one can see that naturally all the people that work here are really genuinely interested in making the customer experience excellent.
We came away with the decision sooner than we even hoped for and a lot of that was down to how we were dealt with and interacted with at this dealership.
They have made us feel like we can come back to them with any questions. Any support that we need for our car. It really does feel like we are part of the Brayleys family now.

My Honda Jazz had a manufacturer's recall for attention by a main agent. I contacted Brayley's in Bushey for details (petrol pump replacement) and was given an appointment for the following week. Car was taken in at 9.30am and ready for collection at 4pm. Work completed efficiently. Staff all polite and helpful. Lost 1 star only because of limited space on the site for parking.

very efficient service and friendly staff only thing is the confirmation e mail is a bit messy and the layout could be better and no time to arrive at the showroom was on the email.

The old Crown Honda team, now Bradleys provide an excellent service of my Honda as have their sales team, since my first as the Covid lockdown started including one lovely young lady who delightfully explained to my then mere 81 yo self that the start button was hidden behind where I’d adjusted the steering wheel without even a hint of “fat old fool” that I so richly deserved
