Very good communication. Booked a date, got reminders and form to fill in online beforehand with details of work. Kept updated throughout the day how service/MOT were going, including a video of the engine.
On first contact I was put through to Honda general office who were slow and weren't very clear about the service and quoted a higher rate than the Hendon branch. But this was sorted out locally.
Friendly and efficient

I had a small issue with my Honda Jazz tyre. The Brayley Honda Hendon service team helped me to fixed it quickly. I absolutely satisfied with them. I could wait to get the car in the nice waiting room and showroom. My plan return to them soon to choose the next Honda car.

Efficient booking and service handling experience.
Service actions generally good BUT documented tyre tread reading quite different from those verbally given in technician video. Tread depths are good, however, just incorrectly give in written report.

Your staff are so lovely and they were so helpful and efficient - Lee kept me updated throughout the day.

It was good experience. I am not giving 5* as the ZRV we bought does not have blind spot indicator, and it seems this is the case for cars manufactured during specific period. This info was not told to us before buying and we realized later on. A bit disappointing

The whole process from test driving to the actual purchase was a pleasant experience and under no pressure.

We were recommended one of the sales team (Madelina) at Brayley Honda Hendon by in-laws. Madelina was simply incredible. She was clear, informative, helpful and completely attentive to our needs and questions. From the test drive through to purchase, Madelina helped us through the whole process of buying a new car and communication in person and by email was excellent. We cannot recommend her enough! Although we didn't have much interaction with the rest of the team, they were all polite, friendly and helpful too.

I recently had my Honda serviced and for the first time, (after about 10 years & 4 Hondas from Honda Hendon) I was told that my car would not be cleaned prior to return. A minor point but indicative of today's universal downgrading of customer service.

Paul in the service department was helpful and kept me informed through the day on progress, also a very good deal on a courtesy car, cheaper than two cabs. Liked the video sent of underside of car! Not sure i like the plant a tree idea instead of a car wash....!
