Over the years we have purchassed 10 cars, before it was Brayleys it was Grovebury cars.
We have known a number of the team at the Dunstable site for 18 years.
George and Peter looked after us on our latest purchase.
The handover was not rushed, the car and it's controls were explained in detail.
We would highly reccomend Dunstable as the place to buy your next Kia car.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful but on this occasion, have so far failed to rectify a communication problem with a recently purchased, albeit 2nd owner, EV.
Hopefully they will be more successful on the next visit.

Unfortunately, there was an accident where my car was damaged while it was in their care. However, I really appreciate how the dealership handled the situation. They took full responsibility, repaired the car to a high standard, and kept me informed throughout. While it wasn’t an ideal situation, it’s how a business responds when something goes wrong that really matters, and they dealt with it professionally.

A revisit 2 weeks after diagnosis and part ordered. Dropped car in at 8am. Engineer took car in at 10.30 and returned it at 10.55 Fixed.
Disappointed that my car was not prioritised as a returned to fix...

Kia is worst they dont have parts you need to fix the the car for one part you need to buy whole thing and cost you tousands very disappiinted with the service
