My only complaints were that the interest rate was way more than I expected and that Synergy lied to me about being a broker. Everything else was fine. Erin was as nice as can be, excepted my rants far better than she should have.

This is my 2nd loan with Breakout Capital. I went with them directly instead of going through a broker. My sales rep was Ishmael Salandy. Ishmael stayed in contact with me during the whole process, keeping me informed of what was happening. I was able to secure monthly terms this time instead of weekly, which made me very happy. It is important to inform them of when you want the money funded and be clear about when the 1st payment will be withdrawn from your account. We had a bit of a "snafu" in this area, and the payment was withdrawn from my account before the agreed upon date. I notified Ishamel immediately, and they returned the funds within 24 hours. The people are very pleasant to work with, and are quick to respond when you have questions. The best thing? The little "notes" that you receive from Erin Cissel once you become a customer. I highly recommend utilizing their services.

While the process was a bit tedious regarding the documents I needed to gather, they were wonderful in explaining things as well as their followup and follow through was stellar!
