The product is easy to use and was (mostly) straightforward to install. But be aware not to over-tighten the fastening nuts in the attic space as this forced the rotating fan up against the surrounding plastic and thereby didn't allow the fan to turn. The problem was swiftly resolved by loosening the offending fastening nuts.
