Lee, the boss, looked me straight in my eyes and shook my hand and told me he'd sort my car. Three weeks later having heard nothing and no one answering their phone EVER, I called down there only to find out that not only had they not even bothered to look at it AT ALL, but Lee then started swearing at me, told me he couldn't do it and gave me the keys back. Avoid these guys unless you want to be sworn at and your time and money wasted. A VERY poor excuse for both a man, and a garage. You have been warned

Not a good garage at all. Booked a full service .when I looked at the oil after the service ,they didn't even do any oil change, oil was black and filled with loads of dirt and build up and also when i start the car it brings out smoke that smells like oil which it didnt do before service . they gave a document that says they checked everything for a full service even the timing chain.but they couldn't tell me the condition of anything even the timing chain. had to do another service at a different garage, the oil was so dirty filter was never changed and the car was smoking but the order garage sorted it all now . run away from BRECON MOTOR CARDIFF or stay there when they carry out the work cause they are not to trust , if you don't want your engine to blow out . If bookmygarage recommend them as a cheap garage run it's really bad, hope this helps people in the future and no one has this kind of bad experience

Great local garage that performed an MOT on my classic import Ford Mustang V6. The MOT technician was ver good, and explained what he would be looking for being as it was an older USA built car. Passed with no issues and I could now get it registered and drive it on the roads. Have subsequently done my wife's car here too. Sara (receptionist) is very good and approachable. Exemplary customer service. Recommended.
