Good customer service from Scotty

My experience was excellent! Renatoen was very helpful and took care of my requests quickly and efficiently!
This 5 star rating in contingent of me receiving my refund in the 5-7 day time frame that was promised. Should I not recive the refund I will down grade to one star and this rating will no longer be valid.

Assistance was given and my issue was resolved! Thankful for the support that i received!

Bradley was extremely kind in helping me cancel my account and assisting me in receiving my refund.

I would caution with signing up with these apps that offer similar services and products. Do your research and read the fine print and have your chatGPT do more research. My findings were its’ advertisement is false, as it says no membership fee - but then after you provide the information needed - connect your bank, which it forces you to do first and is a RED FLAG, it still pushes you to sign up for a membership. That’s the first landing page, scroll down and in the fine print, you’ll see another’more options’ which is just another push for you to sign up to a membership but with a discount, which I assume that’s what many people did and found themselves then making a complaint to the BBB because that was just for $4.99 for the first month then back to the original fee. Many say they still haven’t gotten a loan still after paying these fees. This platform is a joke and they know many people with credit issues will use it - but the trick is - no matter is they ONLY want a loan, they will be funneled to the credit builder product as that’s how the creators of this app really make their money.
