I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely feel Sal at Brighton Road Motors deserves one.

I purchased a van from Sal after he was recommended to me by We Finance Any Vans as a trusted FCA registered dealership, and from start to finish the experience was spot on.

As someone new to buying vans, there were a lot of things I honestly didn’t know about. AdBlue, DPF filters, maintenance side of things etc. Sal took the time to explain everything properly without making me feel silly for asking questions. He was easy going, straightforward and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free.

What really stood out though was the aftercare. The same evening I got the van home, an ABS braking system light came on. I messaged Sal around 9pm expecting to hear back the next day, but he replied almost immediately and without hesitation said he’d collect the van from me first thing in the morning, take it back, fix the issue and return it to me. I live in Seaford as well, so that’s not exactly around the corner.

After inspecting the van, Sal found it was a braking sensor issue and replaced it under the Gold Warranty he provided with the van. He even returned the van to me after hours to make sure I had it back as quickly as possible.

Before finding this van, I had actually pulled out of a couple of other purchases with different traders because something just didn’t feel right. Unfortunately there are some bad dealers out there.

After my experience with Sal at Brighton Road Motors in Worthing, I’m genuinely relieved I waited. In the space of 24 hours he proved exactly why trust matters when buying a vehicle.

Thank you again Sal. if I ever need another van in the future, you’ll be my first call.

Fit a screen and 2 cam took them nearly 5h and give appropiate bill to pay. Fitting external TMPS is also to big job for them .
They bragging that v85tt is super easy to work on ,that shown their knowlage how get the most from users giving explanation that neede to take off the tank witch should take more than 10min to the experts they say they are and becouse it wasnt bought from them is too complex and from i could see rates diferent too.

Would not use it unless is emergency as last resort but would think twice.

A traditional dealership that offers a personal service which, unfortunately,  is so rare these days. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and they were especially helpful when my new bike was delivered. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Put the motorcycle in for a service, got a call from Andy who told me it would be around £100 ish, then asked to have the sliders fitted (I supplied these) and to have a chain and sprocket fitted. I had fitted and had working new LED indicators, so I asked for these to be sorted I get a bill for £752 I then go and pick the bike up, dont even get across the road and the gear changer isn't working, left it there on the pavement and told them to call when its fixed again. Due to the shoddy work I pay for a courier to collect the bike and get delivered with the clutch switch in a bag, with a bolt and nut missing from the rear mudguard and the bike not priming. IT'S YOUR CHOICE WHO YOU CHOOSE but don't choose BRIGHTON MOTO on the Lewes road THEY LEFT MY BIKE NEEDING MORE WORK AND UNSAFE. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE I will follow this up when the bike is repaired
