Have dealt with this company before and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase top class hardwood skirting and floor products. Their customer service team went above and beyond to get the extra skirting I needed over Easter. Genuine company with the right attitude to fulfilling expectations. Beautiful pre oiled oak wood-looks gorgeous. Will forward photos when project finished.

Can't fault the service received or the quality of the final product - a lovely wide board solid oak. Very knowledgable and helpful staff each time we called for advice.

Can't really compare prices as we didn't have an equivalent quote, but everything was billed to estimate, so no surprises.

We also had to order more stock which was available quickly and which they were only too happy to store for us until our fitter is available. They actually recommended the fitter who has been excellent too.

I'm super impressed with British hardwoods! I ordered loads of European oak, prime grade, and it turned up perfect! Can't recommend them enough.

This engineered 16mm oak flooring is unbelievably well machined.
It slots together with a satisfying and perfect amount of resistance.

All my lines are running true, and any joins are very clean.

Knots are dealt with carefully and they are for the most part very welcome as part of the floor. There were only a couple that I decided to leave out.

We are really pleased with our solid oak hardwood floor. It is a beautiful product. We chose the company as the lengths of the planks were long, unlike other companies, which suited our room (long and narrow) . I added this to the initial order details and all planks were well over 2 metres. Communication was good and delivery easy to arrange. It was really helpful that due to project delays our end they were happy to store the flooring for an extra few weeks. Highly recommended.
