Swift replacement of a lost parcel box key. Great service

Compact Brize unit: We eagerly purchased a 14mm SDS drill bit for the installation. This was the only size mentioned on the website's drawings. The instructions are available solely on a YouTube video, lacking any details on the drill hole size. After creating four 14mm holes, we found ourselves spending the morning attempting to install the bolts, which simply rotated in place. By afternoon, we discovered that a 14mm hole was incorrect, forcing us to restart. Providing clear written instructions instead of a humorous video would be beneficial. The product shows a lot of effort, so why not complete it with detailed guidance?

Our second brizebox due to moving house, really good post and parcel box. Good customer service, well packed and good shipping.

My box does not open properly. The posties refuse to use because it's so temperamental. If you turn the handle quickly the inner-gates do not lift completely and the drawer will not open. Most delivery workers aren't looking to hang around.

Annoying really. Now the posties ring my bell and if I'm not in I miss the delivery.

The unit appears to be robust and well-made. I have fitted the box into an existing wooden fence and I was a little disappointed about the lack of fixing options, with the only choice being in the base or the rear panel, neither of which were suitable for my requirements. I ended up having to drill through the side and bolt a bracket to either side.

Small-size standalone Brize box: We happily went to buy a 14mm SDS drill bit for the fixings. This was the only figure in evidence from the drawings on the website. Otherwise the instructions seem to be only on a youtube video - no details there of the size of hole to drill. After drilling the 4 14mm holes we spent a morning trying to install the bolts - which just spun around in the hole. Then in the afternoon of this installation process (which is supposed to take a few minutes!) we realised that a 14mm hole is the wrong size. So had to start over from the beginning. What about just providing some clear written instructions rather than a double-act comedy video? :) Obvs much work gone into this product, why not finish the work?

Absolutely stunning service. Spoke to a charming lady on the Sunday afternoon before Christmas. I was given advice on how to fix my problem and a replacement was ordered. This arrived on Tuesday, Christmas Eve. I was amazed. I can't praise this company enough.

This is an honest review of my experience with Brian Wilcox and BrizeBox.

Choosing Brizebox has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

Brian acted really creepy as he apparently recognised my husband from DateinaDash, and made inappropriate comments regarding me being Chinese after getting my contact details.

I am reporting Brian and his company to the ICO for misuse of personal data in breach of the Data Proctection Act, and going to the small claims court for damages.

I encourage others to use the small claims process against Brizebox for their defective products.

I ordered 4 keys. They took ages to be dispatched and when chased I was promised a dispatch date that was not kept. When delivery finally made there are only three keys. Email sent and I await a reply.
UPDATE. Missing key sent on first contact with the company. Good customer service in the end.

Great product and customer service

Other than some damage in transit (fully and promptly sorted out!) the process has been good, though when I asked for technical information about where the correct place to drill extra fixing holes this was beyond their capabilities. When selling a product you should know it inside out and be able to offer such basic advice.

"Cracking product"
I decided to purchase a stand alone post/parcel box as I live in a listed building and the path leading to my front door can get slippery in the winter months.
Clever and sleek design means the Brizebox is simple to use, but does what it says on the tin. I would whole heartedly recommend the Brizebox, every house should have one!
