We can not thank Michelle Claude enough for her recent support and perseverance over what should have been a straight forward application. I am 84 Years old with the portfolio of the properties she recently done three properties re mortgages cases for me she is brilliant in her field I defiantly recommended to others.

My mortgage requirements were complex and in the middle of a global pandemic securing lending on the purchase a new build property and transferring a residential mortgage to a BTL proved very challenging. This is the 1st time I have used a mortgage broker to source my lending but I am so glad I did, as this took a lot of the stress out of the process and they were able to present my case to the various lenders to secure both my mortgage offers.
