At the time of booking, I spoke to a very pleasant snd friendly person who made the booking very easy. It only took a few minutes. The skip was dropped off the following morning promptly. The price is the most competitive around the potteries. I would highly recommend them.

Took 10 days to pick up second skip and 5 days for first one. So be careful about booking with them if you need skips picked up on time. Needed 3 skips to clear site, but they took so long to pick up gave up after 2 skips and used another company. But obviously lost money on having digger on site for 2 weeks instead of just a couple of days. Would have preferred if they had just been up front at time of booking and said we can't pick up promptly, and then I could have made other arrangements.
