I had been reading some of the reviews on here and was cautious to order due to the delivery problems, I emailed before hand to check how long delivery would be and they said around 4 weeks which was fine, I got the egg bundle 12, everything came together apart from the Moses basket which was missed off I emailed and it was sent out the week after which was great nothing was damaged and I saved a lot of money ordering through bundle baby, would highly recommend them and saves a lot of time being able to get everything altogether.

Ordered a Silvercross Reef 2 bundle on 2nd April and received order confirmation by email. Delivery was expected in 14 working days. Toward the end this time I read Trustpilot reviews and started to get a bit worried by negative reviews so tried to phone but phone number had message saying out of service so was then more worried. Sent email which was quickly answered and I was told delivery slightly delayed because of Easter holidays. A couple of days later received delivery confirmation email and bundle arrived 28th April. Everything that I ordered arrived and is beautiful! The price was several hundred pounds less than ordering from John Lewis or Silvercross. Overall a very good experience but I would recommend removing phone number from website as getting a number not in use message causes unnecessary stress.

I had a brilliant experience with bundle baby. I booked a saturday one on one appointment and the staff were so helpful, she took me though all the egg prams and bundles, they had all the colours including the limited edition houndstooth almond which is what I wanted and was able to see this in the shop. The girl helping me was able to show me how to put an isofix car set in a car with their displays, which was so helpful as this is my first baby.
I bought the egg bundle in store and was able to split the cost with my granny as she wanted to put some money towards it for me, and the staff were happy to accommodate.
As I live about 2 hours away I was able to get it all shipped to me and it was with me in 10 days.
I would recommend bundle baby to anyone and I will definitely be back.

I was apprehensive when i seen some of the negative reviews, but took the chance as they had the pram and buggy I wanted and I follow them on tiktok! The pram and bug I was after is a special edition and is approx €1100 in IE. I got it with bundle baby for €900, ordered the 08/04 and arrived today the 23/04. My confirmation of the order didn’t come through for some reason so I emailed and I had a near instant response! Brilliant service will be returning for my cot!

I bought a pram, I was concerned if it will ever come because the pram was £300 cheaper than other retail. Luckily all was great. The pram had leather hand bag included but the leather had a few marks, so I asked for replacement, after a month I received a new bag without any damage. Can fully recommend the store.

I Ordered a bugaboo fox 5 newborn bundle. It took around 14 days to make the bundle and ship out which I think is a pretty good turnaround (there is so much stuff). Everything came as pictured, absolute beautiful buggy and travel system and literally the best price out there. My only advice to people seeing this is order in your second trimester so you aren't stressing about delivery times.

My only advice to the company is to send out more correspondence to people who have ordered so they are aware what the time frame is and what to expect along the way. However, your team are fantastic at responding and got back to us within 24 hours. Thank you Sasha.

I placed an order for a bedside crib on 10th January 2025 and there was no mention of any delayed delivery time. It is now 17 days later and the company is ignoring my emails. The phone number just leads to a prerecorded message telling you to email them. I feel so stressed as my due date is very soon and I'm going to need to buy a crib from somewhere else. My advice is save yourself the stress and go with a well-known reputable website!

Ordered a travel system on 23/11/2024 based on their terms and conditions of delivery times for travel systems taking up to 14 days. 3 separate deliveries and 2 months later and I have finally received my full order. Contact number advertised is redundant and serves no purpose other than to give you a false sense of security. Multiple emails ignored to the point I had to start talking about contacting my credit card provider to open a dispute. Company couldn’t seem to care when they finally did respond. Overall would definitely not use again and would advise anyone tempted to use them to save a couple of ££ not to bother , it’s not worth it. Added a lot of stress and panic to the end of pregnancy not knowing where/when/if we would have our travel system by the time my partner went into labour . Just spend a bit extra with the big companies and save yourself the peace of mind!

I ordered since 7/12/2024 and I still have not received my order. I spent ( €2025.00 ) to get a Very poor customer service that doesn’t respond on time and when they respond, they do with an excuse that doesn’t make sense and doesn’t match their promises. I repeat don’t buy from them, and don’t believe the fake reviews they probably paid for on trust pilot to make it look good.

I never leave reviews but had to for this company as I was so impressed. I’m Dublin based and ordered a bugaboo travel system and snuzpod online as, with their Black Friday deal (plus an extra 10% discount for signing up to their newsletter), I was saving a good €500 on all quotes given to us by Dublin based stores. I was a little nervous as they were not based in Dublin and have no phone contact however the process was so seamless I really have to give it to them! All items delivered within 4 weeks (delivery man was the friendliest we came across in the December Christmas rush of deliveries too, so jolly!). I sent an email at the beginning to enquire how long delivery would take and got a prompt reply explaining the delivery process to Dublin, they said I would get an email notifying me of delivery and then it would be with me the next day and this was exactly how it went). The agent in responding to my email also noticed I had purchased a set of car seat adapters for the bugaboo when these were already part of the travel system I ordered (complete oversight on my part) so she just wanted to check if I wanted two sets or if I would like a refund of the extra set before the order shipped and I opted for a refund, then €50 refund was processed and back in the account! Then I emailed the day delivery arrived around 10pm as I realised an extra package was missing (with all the accessories like changing bag etc.) had an email reply by 9am to say the final package was en route and would be delivered today with smaller accessories and it was! Honestly products are perfect, communication and service excellent and a big saving was the cherry on top! Will be using them for remainder of baby items I need too closer to the date.

Beautiful travel system bundle. We chose the Nuna Mix Next- it arrived so quickly & was packaged so well. The snuz pod etc is also very good quality.

I received my travel system in just a few days, even though it was listed as next month delivery.

When I asked a question, I got a response in just half an hour.

Ordered a travel system back in September and was STILL waiting for it to be dispatched(it is now 28/10/202/4) been told 2 different dispatch dates and neither have happened, they offered £120 back as compensation and they STILL didn’t honour that either! When following up for this so called ‘compensation’ they make up a new excuse as to why they haven’t honoured it.
Had to cancel the whole order and go elsewhere as why would you trust a company that keeps telling you things that they don’t fulfil? Wouldn’t waste your time using this company, they’ll just pass the blame back to you anyway.

Very pleased with my bundle purchase, well worth the money! Part of my order was missing and I spoke with Niamh via email who was very quick and efficient in replying and she sorted the problem out very quickly. Thank you! I have also recommend this site to my pregnant friends and I would definitely buy again, thanks again from one happy pregnant mama :)

This was my first time dealing with bundle baby online! My friend has got 3 bundles from them. From the start I told them what buggy I like and they created a bundle for me! Niamh was so helpful and I ended up saving over €1,000 buying my bundle through these! Excellent service, I’ll definitely be back again 😀
